got a lot of smiles out of me because this game was my childhood. cant even tell yall how many nights i spent in this game and saints row 4. i know a lot of people didnt enjoy it but i looked past that and i had a blast mostly because of the nostalgia im not gonna lie. i love it though its just saints row the third nothing more nothing less. was probably 9 or 10 when i played this the first time now im almost 21 lol. i recommend it if your like me and loved the original

I do not know what everyone else is complaining about. I completed the original game many times. The graphics here are definitely better. Not a ton better. Its not like going from Elder Scrolls 3 to Elder Scrolls 5, but its obviously better and I don't understand why anyone could not see that. Sound effects are about the same quality. I still take issue that most guns feel weak and piddly on my speakers, but they are distinct and you know when you're being shot at. The story is still good. Side missions are loads of fun. The smartphone interface actually feels a little smoother and I like it. Cut scenes really show off how much better the models and textures are. 3 hours in, I had no bugs, crashes, glitches, major complaint. One very minor complaint is on night missions sometimes the overly dark, stylized shadows are a little annoying. But I think I can change that in the graphics settings so its a non-issue. Theres nothing wrong here and a lot they got right. I recommend purchasing it. Especially if its on sale.
