If you're on the fence about buying this but are getting scared off by negative reviews claiming the game is too hard (has too much visual clutter), specifically by that top negative review of the guy who claims to have played touhou 2-14 and gotten "several hard 1cc's" in them, please do not worry. Feel free to check his profile, go to his games, search for QP and then open the steam leaderboard thing to see that he, despite supposedly getting hard 1cc's on touhou games, was literally incapable of getting past the third stage on easy mode, and only got to the start of stage 2 on his attempt on normal difficulty in this game. This game is a relatively easy and relaxed bullethell [Would recommend for newcomers], in large part due to the bullets of enemies you destroy disappearing and the patterns generally being quite simple, alongside giving you a meter that charges up whenever you get score items (which automatically fly into you) which acts as a mini-bomb around you that destroys enemy bullets and lets you tank a hit without losing a life. This meter has various options that change the length of it and the extra damage you deal while it is active. Instead of giving you characters to choose from, you get 3 formations you take with you, which are basically an arrangement/formation of your weapons that you can cycle between while playing, with many more to unlock in the in-game store via points which you get by just playing the game. There's also a pretty nice "combo system", so to say, which makes a combo meter build up whenever you collect score items and makes a relatively short timer tick down when you haven't collected any in the last few seconds. When this timer goes all the way down, your combo resets (which you can delay by just moving away from the score items as they fly towards you) and you need to re-build it again. Getting hit also resets your combo meter, and it can be of value, because at certain score milestones you gain an extra life. Overall it is quite cute and feels solid + fun to play, the 4 bucks I paid for it were definitely worth it. 9/10 eternal pudding justice
