This is really a great workout game. It has great music, excellent graphics, and a good combination of squatting, dodging and punching. There are a lot of different games with different sound tracks to choose from as well as several different backgrounds. I really like the tunnel that come at you. A lot of other boxing type games allow you cheat a little by just being able tilt your head instead of squatting and sidestepping. When I play those games, I don't cheat. I play for the workout and couldn't care less about my score, but this game keeps you honest. If you just tilt your head instead of sidestepping and squatting, you smack into the wall. The only downside I can find in this games is how beginner, intermediate and expert levels are set up. The squatting, dodging, and streaming is great and I'm glad to the combination. However, My main goal is to power punch the crap out of the target. I aim for punching everything a hard as I possibly can. As I mentioned earlier, it's not for the points but for the workout. I also focus on things that can't be detected like focusing on my breathing. All of the levels that I played that higher than beginner are just targets that come at you so fast that all you're able to do is flay your arms around like crazy and touching the targets. This is even more frustrating when wearing weighted gloves. Sure, you're still getting a workout but nothing as much as power hitting everything. It's great to have this every now and then, but not through the whole workout.

I've been doing this daily after work for at least 30 minutes each session, and coupled with a better diet and walking I have already lost 4 pounds. It's fun and I definitely recommend!

Been using PowerBeats since it's early stages for a couple of years now on my Quest 2. Just recently purchased the steam version to support the developers. Great workout tool, makes cardio fun and not tedious. The steam version is pretty much the same as the quest store one, with a little sharper graphics of course. The only thing the quest version has over this is the ability to use passthrough. My favorite thing about PowerBeats is that you can easily use your own custom music through mp3 or flac. No conversion required as with other games, just point PowerBeats to your music folder. The generator also does a good job with your custom songs. That's important to me, because the music never gets stale and I can work out to songs I know and love. Definitely recommend this whether you're already into fitness or just starting out and looking into VR to get fit.
