The first FNaF fangame on Steam, huh. Popgoes Arcade has surpassed my expectations, yeah, it's kinda short, but it has so much love put into it Progression is amazing, you get new stuff each 5 minutes. You beat the boss? Here, new mechanic. You killed x enemies in this area? Here, have an item to make your exploration more enjoyable etc etc. It encourages the player to explore the gameworld. The soundtrack is also really good. Definitely the best OST coming from a FNaF Fangame overall. Buy the game, it's worth your money (+ You can support Kane Carter who can make more games in the future!)

Firstly, This game has some of the most incredible visual and audio designs I have ever seen in an RPG.The pixelated style of a retro game and the amazing soundtrack make for a great experience. Secondly, The turn based action in this game is just phenomenal.It is simple yet effective,transitioning seamlessly between encounters,without it feeling like a chore for the player. And lastly, Even if you are not particularly interested in the lore of the other FNaF games,it still is a great experience,with a story of its own.

Fantastically fun game, I enjoyed the hidden secrets and the color options you got to choose, especially the gilded one. I would definitely recommend this, even if certain parts felt a little grind-y (I played this three days in a row to beat it so that may be the reason why, but even still it wasn't too bad)

While this is a FNAF fangame, I can confidently say that this could stand on it's own feet as it's own franchise. Arcade takes simple RPG elements and a easy to understand premise and runs with it in a way I've never seen before. While I expected the RPG battling section to get repetitive, it continued to evolve and become more and more strategic as the game progressed. Each area is extremely fun to explore too! Even if I wasn't already a fan of POPGOES and Kane's work beforehand, I would still really enjoy this game. In my opinion, this goes even beyond a massive portion of FNAF games already in terms of design and enjoyability. Highly recommend even if you aren't a FNAF fan. This makes me even more excited for POPGOES Evergreen to release!
