Great game! It is slower paced, but gives you plenty of elements in which horror will slowly build upon. This game makes you feel... uneasy. In the best kind of ways. I was slightly annoyed when trying to find certain items and complete objectives in game because of the lack of guidance.. but I see now that was all part of the environmental experience. It was necessary, I wouldn't change a thing.

This game is actually amazing, offering a good atmosphere and a great showcase of the Argentinian legend of the Pomberito. Despite being short and having some technical flaws, like the lack of variable sensitivity settings, it still manages to deliver an exceptional experience, especially considering it was developed by a solo dev. That's just plain incredible. The game adopts a more stylized look yet it shows its share of realism and inmersiveness. Especially when using the shotgun where you need to carefully consider your positioning in situations with reduced visibility, with the added challenge of doing so in a tense situation. Plus, the different endings are a really nice feature adding replayability, especially for a short game. Overall, I would rate this game a 9/10 . It's something anyone can enjoy, and it's a testament to the talent and dedication of its solo developer.

It's an amazing game. It clearly places the quintessential horror of the gaucho experience. As a kid and living in the middle of the countryside in Santa Fe, I would hear lots of stories related to El Pomberito, Luz Mala, and La Llorona, among others. Notwitstanding the variety of the folklore, never had I been so frightened with something so typical with which I used to deal during my early life. It clearly shows how good and promising the local gaming industry can be. I loved it!

Slightly slow paced, absolutely worth it. ATMOSPHERE: 10/10 Top-tier tension building, that alone deserves an award, remember my words. The setting captures that sense of foreignness that perfectly achieves the uncanny valley effect. Visually nice and amazing atmospheric sound design, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of attention to detail. STORY: 6/10 Not bad, would like a richer/deeper storyline but I guess it’s okay for the type of game. Got two endings so far, not sure if there are more. VALUE FOR PRICE: 9/10 This game is underpriced. The only reason I’m not giving it a 10 is that it’s a pretty straightforward experience and it doesn’t offer much replayability besides trying to get the different endings. FUN: 8.5/10 At first it felt a bit like a walking simulator with extra steps, but don't be fooled by that, every night has different mechanics, I particularly liked the “quieter whistle = danger” one (you’ll know what I’m talking about when you get there). Way above average for an indie horror game.
