This is a reliable System testing tool. After testing Desktop and Laptop, with all 3 test options, I believe the points provided for system performance are accurate. For my experience, a score of 4000+ for any of the 3 options will describe a system fit for basic, advanced or media creator usage. Also, the utility is much improved compared to PCMark 7 and 8, in that all tests work, it does not require 3rd party software or codecs.

This is best benchmark program for overall performance and actual use. Some sections seem to use more resources than what the actual programs would be using, but if your system isn't completely dying during those parts then you'll have no problem actually using those programs.
