Edit: So today my game patched and I believe they have fixed the major game breaking bug where the end monument appears to early! Plus all the water tiles connect really nicely now! I didn't get a chance to try and win yet but I was able to get much further then before with no end monuments popping up! I'm really pleased because I love this game a lot! Still wish there was a random tile mode in creative but at least its playable properly now! <3 I really really love this game, I think it's really fun and I love how it works, but it's broken at the moment and you get the "final monument" mid-game and then even if you ignore it it gives you a second one, and once you complete that it deletes all you tiles so you can't keep playing. I've tried looking up fixes and can't find any. It's a shame because I LOVE this game and I actually prefer it to Dorfromantik, but it's currently super frustrating. (It would also be nice to have the ability to continue building in creative mode after you finish the normal gameplay as well as a completely random tile option in creative mode like in Dorfromantik but that's just things I want rather then need >.< )

At first glance, Pan'orama looks like a rip off of Dorfromantik but while it's cribbed the basic UI, the game mechanics are very different and uniquely challenging. I have only two quibbles with the game; firstly the rotate piece and zoom are both linked to the mouse wheel and zoom becomes disabled when a special piece comes up for placement. If you get stuck at a bad zoom, use the x and c keys. And secondly, how you return to the main menu isn't obvious; use the escape key to bring up a menu that will allow you to save and quit. Apart from these, it's a wonderful game, love it!

I am not a fan of games where you chase a highscore. Pan’orama might be the first one to win me over. I might make it a habit to play this more often. It is challenging, but not punishing. It is simple, but not simplistic. It is beautiful to look at. You basically get a stack of random tiles to place on the map, and must figure out how to place them in such a way as to earn enough points (your highscore) to keep getting more random tiles. When you run out of tiles, the game is over. There is also a list of 70 special buildings that you can unlock, giving something for completionists. All-in-all, and considering how cheap this game is, I can recommend it to just about anyone. A shame it is not available on iOS. I was about to get it for my wife. Maybe something for Chicken Launcher to look into?

One of my large concerns with this game was its replay ability. I was quickly proven wrong, as each game I played took me on new and more challenging adventures. The continued improvement of this installment as well as the growth of the community makes this a game with diverse possibilities - and while it seems rather easy, and can be casual - it doesn't mean you can win every time. It is challenging yet relaxing. The perfect mix after a long week. Thank you!

Yes its similar to Dorfromantik but i actually find this much more relaxing The only downside is i've managed to complete an entire map and run out of game play even though i have 100+ tiles left. I didnt expect there to be an end point but there is which is a huge shame, i would have ploughed a lot more hours into it if it were unlimited
