The game has huge potential. As a storm chaser and meteorologist, I can confirm it’s pretty accurate, especially the radial velocity images, which look very real. Compared to other games, tornadoes spawn in the proper region of a storm, so you need to go to the southern or southwestern edge, which is great. Tips: I still miss seeing more prominent wall clouds in tornado games. I created computer-generated storm images using After Effects years before Unity or AI images, so I can confirm it is possible to just create an additional cloud layer in the tornado region to make it look more like a real wall cloud, a cloud base lowering. There is only one thing I think needs to be changed, and that’s the prices. I understand that the developers are trying to "challenge us," but think about the audience that will play this game. Most people are not able to understand the basic differences between a tornadic supercell and an ordinary storm. These people will probably be bored by the game mechanics and goals very quickly. This game is for fanatics, mostly adults, and I’m afraid that most people just don’t have time to wait to earn 300,000 to get a better car. For example, I spend 16 hours a day working on a computer as a meteorologist, and then I just want to enjoy something crazy and have fun. I don’t need competition. Maybe a "sandbox" option or reduced prices would help. There will always be three types of players: those who want competition and challenges, cheaters and lazy people, and people who will love it but just don’t have time to fully enjoy the game even if they invest and buy it. Or perhaps reduce the need to refuel the car. I fully understand the desire for realism, but to be honest, isn’t it fantastic that games are not "completely real"? Isn’t that the reason why we play? Nobody will play a game that is as hard and mundane as real life itself. So, that’s the reason why I think that a sandbox mode or at least lowering the prices is an option to consider. Let people decide what they want. Those who want a challenge can have it, and those who just want a crazy weather "escapism" can click on the "other button". I hope that makes sense. To the authors: Or make people pay for some kind of "open source" / free-unlocked version. I mean, if you just want "instant action," then pay for it and set the price higher to prevent all the stupid teenagers from "buying" time. Plus, you will prevent hackers from creating fake trainers that will probably cause many people to catch viruses. You can't prevent this behavior no matter how good your anti-cheat is. For example, the game Jurassic World Evolution has a sandbox-"all unlocked" mode automatically implemented, which prevents people from downloading infected trainers. I fully understand the "realism," and believe me, I’ve spent thousands of hours outside waiting for "nothing." :D Your game is fantastic; I’m just offering some tips for future development to give you a different perspective.

I have 10 hours in it now Pros: -Fun! You don't have to be interested in meteorology or storm chasing to find thrill in this game -Multiplayer with friends or randos! -In-Game Voice chat (kinda wonky tho) -Use actual meteorological tools! They have really cool and several models that you can base your chase off of! -Randomized storm systems, make each game unique! Cons: -Its heavy, and quite framey (granted I have an older GPU) But it seems consistent among a lot. Its somewhat expected given the early access and a massive world. -Laggy, the servers seems unstable sometimes, players crash and desync is very common -Items currently purchasable through in-game money is not worth the price/have little use - mostly cosmetic (maybe theyll change that in the future. -Long Load times I DO recommend this game bc it has a fantastic start!! I want to see so much more and am looking forward to it Some changes I want to see: FIRST AND FOREMOST: Stabilization and Optimization. I want to enjoy the scenery of the game! -Make the Gas stations stand out more, maybe have an illuminated sign with the gas prices, just make it stand out from the town! -Let driving off road be more forgiving, doesnt need to be super easy, but just not overly punishing. -Allow purchasable items to have more use. there are a variety of things that are simply for looks that would make for great upgrades

After playing this game for 88 hours and grinding till I owned the Dominator 3 I must say this game is rough sure, but the developers have already put a bit of work and claim they're addressing things like no friend matchmaking so I have faith they can iron out and release this product. Though I do recommend TO WAIT before you buy this, it is in a very buggy shape and I can barely run this on a gaming pc designed for running flight simulators.

Made a friend in a chase. Really cool guy. Then he got sucked up by a tornado and I never saw him again. 10/10

As a former storm chaser, this game rocks! The storm behavior is spot on, and the decisions I have to make re: forecasting storm path, longevity and road choices are the same types of decisions I've had to make in the real world, although normally I wouldn't get so close! There's nothing like the adrenaline from a real (successful) chase, but this is a good second. Props to the developers. This game has fantastic bones and looking forward to continued improvements!
