Extremely fun. More of a modern and extreme version of Megaman BattleNetwork. Extremely hard at times and I have yet to beat the game but every minute is worth it.

A really really hard game, if you don't have the time/patience to learn the patterns of enemies then its hard to say if you're going to like this game or not. Literally took me 25 hours just to get my first W (prob bc of skill issue), but because of that i kinda fell in love with this game from how rewarding it felt to win after how many runs. and so i decided to 100% it. Now i can confidently say that this is one of if not the best roguelike/roguelite i've played, really want this game to be one of the first games that you find when searching for roguelikes/roguelites. This is just my experience with the vanilla version of the game, haven't tried any mods yet, but i AM going come back to this game from time to time to check on them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Very cool and fun, but if you're not a cocaine addict you should download the mod that slows the game down a bit. At least to learn attack patterns.

One step from Eden is unlike anything I've played before. I am one of these people that never played Megaman Battlenetwork. So, I'm not even blinded by the sweet rose tinted glasses. This game is great and especially after the developer released Duelist of Eden, I've decided to give both games the positive reviews they deserve. A real time card game is just such a fun concept to me. Eventhough this game at first seems very difficult. But slowly over time I was able to see the gates of Eden and beyond for myself.
