Very tentative, "only on a steep sale" recommend for this one. Notruf 112 has all the bones of a decent game but it's still so clearly an abandoned Early Access title riddled with weird bugs and limited emergency mission call outs. Notruf 112 is decent in small doses spread out over a year or so...or way longer in my case lol. Graphically the game is fine, same in the audio and controls departments. Playing through and completing missions on the other hand can get interesting. The AI director will rarely bug on some missions while others such as the burning train car mission require you to always play the firefighter manning the ladder truck if you ever wish to finish it. There's also the burning big rig fires where only the AI will ever put it out successfully, human players can toss as much water on it as they like and it will just keep reigniting. Traffic AI usually respects the AI-driven fire trucks...but if you're driving they love cutting you off. Completionists, you're looking at anywhere from 115 - 140 hours on Notruf due to bugs causing lots of wasted time. You'll want to save after every mission summary screen so as to limit progress lost after rare crashes to desktop. You do not need the KEF DLC to complete the game but it does add some new, largely bug-free small missions like welfare checks on seniors and flooded basements to the roster and breaks up the monotony a little. Note there is a follow-up / re-release of this game titled "Emergency Call 112 - The Fire Fighting Simulation 2". AFAIK it's this game with added paramedic missions but it too seems incomplete so be aware.

Some reviews might be bad but to be honest, now as i'm typing i'm using a gtx 1660 super and it runs normally at 60 fps on fantastic graphic setting, the game itself is fantastic and fun to play even tho its quite old now, one downside tho being that on the dlc vehicle whenever the passenger gets out the car tends to flip over ruining your whole mission which is quite annoying.
