To preface this, it is by no means a perfect game, and there are better bullet hells out there. But if you enjoy the genre and are just looking to pick up another bullet hell game to play, this is a fun bullet hell game and I recommend it. Music is fun, skills are fun, and lots of options to increase difficulty make it replayable. The controls are fine, but if you are playing with a controller (i.e. steam deck) you will need to adjust your controls a bit because certain classes require you to use the cursor to aim skills. For some reason, it isn't default bound to the right stick even when it detects a controller. I was also disappointed to see that they recently released a new bullet hell game and I feel this one could use some polishing, additional skills, maps, skill synergy system etc. My biggest complaint echoes what others have said and that is that all skills can all be rolled and equipped at the same time in a run. This all but guarantees that every run will eventually feel the same. I think if they had limited the number of active abilities you could have equipped and implemented some sort of ability synergy system like items have in VS it would bump this game up a lot. Unfortunately though, given that it looks like they have moved on to something else, this appears to be the finished result.

Fun game to get for five bucks, probably worth sinking 6-10+ hours into it.

Faster gold gain, cleaning the UI and reduction of the game's price by about 30% and this would have taken off back in the day. Good game, but no comparison to Vampire Survivors for example.
