It's cute, but you need to accept it for what it is: a short indie game made with little/no budget. Not all of the choices are obvious, though I wish there was a "skip" button (at least after your first playthrough) to make getting the other endings a little more palatable. I think the price is fair for what you get. $7 got me 2.5 hours of entertainment, which is 1/3 of what I would spend if I went to the movie theater for the same length of time. The art is hit or miss; if this was a higher budget production, I'd be concerned, but it's fine. Overall, worth a play, I think.

As a huge fan of choice-based games, Nocturnals feels like it was made for me! The setting and the relationship between Ted and Diego are interesting enough to make a good story. However, it disappoints me a bit because of the short duration of the game. Still, taking into account that a small team developed the game, it's understandable and you can still have a good experience for the current price! At this point, I have unlocked two different endings. I don't know if I'll try to get the other endings, but I could say it's a game worth checking out! I hope we get to see future projects from the devs!

Idk why people are so upset when the game was Advertised as short and even has it in the tags, Game was fine and enjoyable especially considering the amount of people that worked on it, plus the people mad because of the Gay relationship is kinda crazy, do some research on a product instead of hating, its not like the game was Trying to hide the fact it was LGBTQ+ like y'all are weird, Anyways though Game was well done for the amount of people that worked on it and hopefully the dev is willing to continue to make other games or expand on the Nocturnals universe because I am quite intrigued to see where they go with it

Pretty fun game for an indie project, could have been longer but nonetheless still a short sweet experience, also wanted to add, the person behind cowboy toad games has so much talent its hard to express, I hope they keep making games.
