Plays and runs great on the Steam deck which is the only reason i got this game, would strongly recommend if you like the rouge like style of games. Not sure why it says only 5 hours maybe from offline mode idk

Basically Rogue Legacy, except with guns. Personally, I love it. I'm not sure what new NA2 is going to bring to the table, but if you see this game on a discount (and you will), and you enjoy controller-based platformers with guns, pick this little gem up. Oh, and the OST is banger too.

worth the money, people complain about not knowing what you're picking up since items don't have a description until after you scoop it but just enjoy the mystery and play the game, nice bosses lots of gameplay, upgrades, n characters, i say you'd enjoy it if you like roguelike games but all in all fun game with at least 50 hours you can put in, still not even half way done with the game with 46 hours maybe I suck but takes hours still

It's alright. Play time is misleading - most of it is afk. I've probably played for about 10 hours. There's nothing mind-blowing or innovative here, but it doesn't have any major flaws and is pretty fun. I don't really understand the egg/pet system, and I'm not convinced that the game is better for it. I also don't think it's a bad system; I'm just not sure that it needs to exist. Some of the weapons are just absolute garbage, and I don't understand why you would swap out your starter weapon for them. It's not like you're ever forced to use them, so I don't get the point of even including them. The game crashed on me once while it was minimized and I had been afk for awhile, and it softlocked another time after beating a boss. Neither of these was much of a problem, but it is slightly concerning when there are millions of games just like this that don't have that issue. As with anything else, of course you should wait for a sale, but I don't think you'd be getting scammed at full price. It is a good game, and I plan on continuing to play it for the foreseeable future. For me, though, it's more of a time waster than something that I'm heavily invested in.
