A delightful and relaxing game, perfect for unwinding after a productive day spent with cherished colleagues, classmates, or even exes. Each level introduces fresh, fun mechanics and weapons, creating a unique twist on the Hotline Miami formula, but delivered in a platforming format.

My Friend Pedro falls into that fast-pace action archetype of game, and does everything quite well. Quick respawns are an absolute must, and are well implemented here. Honestly, the checkpoint system is very generous. The game isn't too deep, you're jumping and flipping urban around urban landscapes while shooting hordes of enemies. Of course, you're doing all of this because a big floating banana told you to. I enjoyed My Friend Pedro , it didn't standout within the genre in a significant way to me, but was a great time; if you're someone who enjoys going for high scores or speedruns, you'll likely get more out of My Friend Pedro than most.
