A cute, surrealistic and emotional point-and-click game where the difficulty comes from the fact that the things are super well hidden in the background, which was honestly amazing. They are actually so well hidden that a few times I accidentally found something just by clicking somewhere randomly. However, the difficulty of finding things and solving the puzzles was never too challenging, and I was able to finish the game without using a guide.

This game was great fun. And I've been gaming since Pong. Some of the puzzles were a little too challenging to where you'd have to check a walk-through but you wouldn't be glued to the walk-through. Just a little hint to get you moving again. The game is very colorful and whimsical. Music was OK. Wasn't a long game. Can finish it easily in a day or two. I'm going to try to find another one like this. Have fun.

Amazing game to play with your small child. I started playing on my own to try and solve the puzzles, but it was a bit difficult with the controller, maybe unintuitive, or maybe I was not used to playing point and click games. Then I understood the mechanics, and I started enjoying it, and started to follow the story. At the same time, my 6 years old daughter started watching me play, and then she wanted to play, so she would take over the controller and try to advance. So, we progressed the story together until the end. Then we played it again, just for good measures. We loved it! The game, the story.

Brother Rabbit and Rose-Bud Sister! Relatively short but creative game for the hidden object genre published by Artifex Mundi, a name that I grew up with. I have been a fan of HOG games for a while, but this one is specially artistic, creative and brought more to the table than the average HOG game. Story - Very Sad This is the first time I think I played a HOG game that is especially this sad. The story what looks like a total mystery to me even after finishing the game. I won't give spoiler but this looks like a dream that a child is having than a concrete universe which I thought is a fascinating outlook for a story premise. The game introduces two characters who seem the main characters and your job is to take your friend to a doctor because she is affected by the plague (I think lol). The story is heavily interpretative in many different angles, but looks like a byproduct of a child's imagination. I eventually thought that it is a game for kids, it kinda is. But i would doubt that kids can solve certain puzzles in the game. Characters: Cute and Lovable The main characters are the rose bud with no name and the rabbit whom I am going to assume is the brother rabbit mentioned in the title. He is a little bit grumpy and rose bud is just a unlively flower waiting to get cured. The rabbit is very sympathetic towards the rose bud and seem to be ready to go to the ends of his universe to help his friend, which is the storyline lol. There is also the Dr. Bear and some side characters which are not memorable that much. But the main ones are cute and has some personality. Gameplay: Creative I think its the gameplay that captured my interest for this game. It is very unique and has different premises. You collect items from different scenes which can be combined to a single item and can be used in certain scenes. Then you have musical type of HOG scenarios where you collect items and build weird contraptions straight off from a child's heavy imagination. Art and Music: Atmospheric I thought the art was amazing and creative. It has a lot of colors and looks fun to look at. The music is so very emotional that I literally turned off the music in one chapters because it is sad. Still it is very beautiful OST, definitely worth buying. Achievements Some achievements are very missable but if you explore everything you can get more than 50% of them from the first try. Later you can visit each chapter instead of replaying the whole game to collect the missing ones. But, you will be starting each chapter from the beginning of course. Still beats, because I didn't have to restart the whole thing. So the devs are sort of caring in that manner. Overall I think its a very nice and creative HOG adventure for adults who desire some uniqueness in this particular genre. It has a grappling short story of courage and suffering which gives out an interesting ending.

My Brother Rabbit is a charming adventure and puzzle game set in the whimsical imagination of a poorly child and her caring brother. Players explore a remarkable and wondrous world finding hidden objects and using them to solve a host of fun puzzles. It is a fantastic game that offers an emotive narrative that is not too overbearing, a gorgeous and varied aesthetic with unique visuals and moving audio, a delightful game world filled with curious beings and fantastical landscapes and fun, satisfying gameplay that combines a number of cohesive genres. It is a wonderful experience overall, taking approximately four hours to complete and is well worth its asking price. I highly recommend it, especially to fans of wholesome and relaxing point-and-click puzzle adventures. WANT TO KNOW MORE?
