Def, gets better with each person you add to your crew. For a games ship to change depending on the amount of people you have in your crew, really makes it so one person isn't feeling left out. Everyone has a role on navigating the sub/ship, and that is a feature I have been DYING to see in a multiplayer game. You truly have to come together to get the job done. And the games added horror aspects to me feels much like the dive zone.....never ending.

This game is fantastic! Simply a fantastic value for its price, an amazing game that falls into the "scrap collection horror" genre that Lethal Company has pioneered. Shoutout to Zeekers. However, by describing Murky DIvers as simply "underwater Lethal Company" does not quite do justice to the devs at Embers and the publishers at Oro Interactive. Murky Divers takes the genre at its core, and invents brand new ways for players to feel like an integral part in their crew's survival. From more nuanced navigation to clear player choices to make in the form of which aspects of the ship to upgrade, which suit mods should be purchased, to how much floating scrap you'd like to pick up before diving at your next Pharma Corp. experimentation site. The game has a simple and wonderfully addictive gameplay loop. You are tasked with diving deeper and deeper, finding and shredding any signs of failed experiments or signs of life in the form of body parts or plant matter. The devs have created a hauntingly addictive environment where the players are engaged and working hard to survive. The stakes have never felt higher. This game, to me, will continue to succeed and flourish with the wonderful minds at Embers behind it. We have already seen one major content update and I have a feeling the devs will continue to surprise and treat their players. With new diving sites, suits, upgrades, monsters, and loot, I have zero doubts that this wonderfully talented team has a treasure trove of new content for us to enjoy. This game is a treat and one that I implore you to try! In fact, let's play together if you do. B) Pixelet

As an enjoyer of both Barotrauma and Lethal Company, let me say that Murky Divers hits a sweet spot that makes it distinct. Yes it's easy to call it a L.C. clone or spin-off at a glance, but that would be incorrect. Particularly in that Lethal Company ultimately and inevitable leads to an unachievable goal/quota, and so all game sessions indefinitely conclude no matter what. Not the case with Murky Divers, in which your crew and your run persist for as long as your skills and luck carry you. Once you have mastered the game cycle and fundamental mechanics, you can feasibly stay in the "shallow" depths to prepare yourself for the deeper and more dangerous adventures. What's nice is that the game gives you agency in your fate, there's nothing heavy-handed, and your demise will ultimately be from your own decisions and abilities. The game's art/graphic style is also intentional and integral to the gameplay in a great way: is that glint of reflection at the other corner of the dark room a piece of evidence to recover, or is it the eyes of a hungry sea beast? The only way to know is to dive through the murk into perils unknown. Bring a friend, preferably one who swims slightly slower or is a little less aware. The dev is incredibly active with the game, very receptive to *constructive* feedback, and has realistic short and long-term development targets. It's incredibly fun as it is, and I've had nights of accidentally losing track of time and playing until 3AM. It's a solid, hilarious, perilous game, and is an absolute f#@king steal for its current price.

Game is NOT a lethal company ripoff, its got its own taste and twist on things. It has its own unique way of separating the players and how disorientating the areas are to navigate. Also, the ship part is a little annoying, but I do like the fact that it uses teamwork and that its also possible even with one person if you are skilled enough. Overall Rating: 9/10

It's also going to get updates. ๐™’๐™๐™–๐™ฉ ๐™ฉ๐™ฎ๐™ฅ๐™š ๐™ค๐™› ๐™œ๐™–๐™ข๐™š ๐™ž๐™จ ๐™ฉ๐™๐™ž๐™จ -This Game Is Underwater " Lethal Company " with a " Iron Lung " lobby mechanic with a " Psychonauts " aesthetic. -You are a Illegal Cleaner in the underwater future working for a "Big Pharma" company that makes meds as a cover up for there Deadly Experimental Sites. ๐™‹๐™ค๐™จ๐™ž๐™ฉ๐™ž๐™ซ๐™š๐™จ: -Unique Satisfying look -You don't lose everything if you die. You keep player upgrades and your score at the time of a lost run/death. -Incredibly fun in my opinion, what can i say the game just slaps (better then Content Warning's Game-play Loop). -" GTA " 6 Star wanted system that makes the game ram up with difficulty the higher the rank. -Until you decide to go DEEPER nothing is technically run ending, the game is so well balanced that until you decide to make it harder you can keep going in a single lobby for hours. -This game doesn't have a increasing Quota like " Lethal Company " instead you need to focus on that " GTA " wanted level, bribing cops with vending machine donuts to keep it low (6 Stars is Game Over). -The game is incredibly cheap given how fun it is. ๐™‰๐™š๐™œ๐™–๐™ž๐™ฉ๐™ซ๐™š๐™จ: -There is a Enemy I refer to as a "Trench-Coat" & It's the games version of Lethal Company's "Bracken". -There is little escaping this enemy. -As far I know its the only enemy that can Instantly kill you. - Is it a problem; - no its a rare enemy that is more common the deeper you go so its suppose to be hard. However, it can be a run killer in my opinion taking out entire squads and frustrating overly serious players. -You need a mic to play this game. -Unlike Lethal company you need to talk to your teammates to get anywhere in this game. -One player operates the sub's "Sonar System" and can see "Blips" titled A0 though Z9. Another player operates a "Wave Emitter" and needs to match the corresponding "Blips" wavelength to a positive or negative outcome. The Player on the "Sonar System" then has to tell the "Driver &/Or Speed Controller" " to turn, slow down, or speed up. - Is this a Problem;- yes , but only if you don't have atleast 2 players with mics. There is no current way to show a person if something is bad or good without proper communication. This means you can't tell if your about to die, or if you need to stop the sub to even get to one of those "Deadly Experimental Sites". -Scrap is useless (You need items with a price-tag) -This game has alot of useless items, and if it doesn't have a price tag then it can't be used for anything. If you don't know what your doing you could be picking up useless items and doing nothing for your team. - Is this a Problem; - no just learn not to pick up those items.
