Morphblade

In Morphblade you move around a grid slicing, smashing and bursting waves of nasty red bugs. Each tile you move to transforms you into a different weapon: on a Blades hex you can slice enemies on either side of you, on an Arrow you can launch yourself through two enemies in a row.

it's fun for playing in short bursts now and again, but, i'm not sure if i'd recommend it for anything beyond that. for what it is, it's still cool, though.

Very fun little game, You can definitely get really good at this and last VERY long, but I really wish they made it more obvious how you can right-click on tiles to see their current and potential abilities. For the longest time I thought you could ONLY see the abilities while you were choosing new tiles or upgrading, and it was VERY hard to plan, and I had to try and make paper lists of the abilities - later on I discovered you could right-click to remind you what the abilities are.

I highly recommend this game! It's based on an interesting game concept, seems fairly repayable, and was cheap (I believe I got it in a bundle for ~$1 less than buying the 2 other games separately, so I think it was essentially free).

I was sick and I much preferred a simple puzzle game like this over braindead scrolling. If you're looking at the reviews to check if it's worth buying, it's worth buying. It's like three bucks. Who are you, Scrooge McDuck?
