Amazing game! Highly recommend going through all endings multiple times to fully put together the lore. It goes much deeper than I thought it would at the start. Great art and soundtrack(although I personally didn't like the narrator's voice so I turned it off). Not too short but not long of a play either. Very re-playable with the incentive to put together lore pieces you might've not understood before finishing all endings. Definitely wish this game got more attention (mostly English attention since I only know English and online translators can be inaccurate) so I could see more people's theories and opinions on it! Great work devs!

A short 2 hour-ish game with a narrative that feels a little disconnected, still VERY recommended though I will note; there isn't exactly horror, more so dread along the way. (Also no way to save/load, which is mildly annoying when trying to find new paths)

If you are a fan of narrative games, it's worth purchasing this at full price. My metric is $1 per hour of entertainment, which the game delivered on. The story does a great job of putting you in the perspective of a child who is trying to understand a series of very dark, messy events. The game is not slow or boring, you will just need to see a few endings before the story will fully make sense. Also, the translation is fine, but it's a little stiff. A chunk of the game isn't a literal experience and most of the endings are supposed to be a bit vague, too, which is probably why people are pre-emptively accusing the translation of being poor. The narrator is a bit of a mixed bag. If you don't like him, you can turn him off. Personally, I really liked him most of the time, but there were a few moments where characters were being emotional and he didn't hit the mark. That said, I'm pleased they did find an English narrator; he sets the tone well. It creates the feeling that you're a child who is being told a story by a family member about a place from a long time ago. (Very mild spoilers - I thought the most effective ending was "Quiet" . It gave just enough closure, and just enough went unsaid.)

I really wanted Monsters of Little Haven to be like Scarlet Hollow, and it is thematically and in art style choices; however, the branching narratives don't really feel cohesive, are generally confusing, and just aren't that engaging either, despite moderate entertainment value. 3/10

The ending was not what I expected.......The game put me in tears and I only have experienced one of the endings so far. The story of the Murphy family is memorable. I did not like the English voice over. I enjoyed the aesthetic and art direction. If you are into these story book type of games go ahead and try it! Not recommended for people who don't really find slower games interesting. update: Definitely need tissues lol
