This is a really fun game! A lot of the reviews complain that the game is starting to feel like one of those "Infinite Early Access" games, where 1.0 just never happens. But I think, for a growing studio, these types of hitches are not unexpected. The developer has been rather forthright about this, and has some really interesting content planned! Their Discord is also relatively active on the happenings, so to state it's a forever early access is a little bit too early to call. Overall this game is amazing! The road map looks really promising. Even in it's current state, though, it's an amazing game. It's the perfect game to really relax with. You can really apply a LOT of effort into building a world that is loved by your users, or just turn off your mind, and let your creativity take the wheel. Two big things I think would help this game: [Planned, but for 1.0] Steam Community & Modding. Yes, the characters and monsters are a great possibility to add, but what I think this would be great for is Custom Maps. In my first playthrough, and my current one. My map generation was almost 1:1 of Tamriel. It has been such fun recreating all of the settlements from the TES games. The same could be said for LotR based maps, etc. Region Definition. These maps are very expansive! It would be fun to be able to divide groups of zones into a map "Region." Like above, the Tamriel map: where in the top part of the map, each zone equates to a Skyrim hold, but being able to denote all of the zones as being one "Region" would be really neat! This can build lore, play into the planned factions update [factions get bonuses based on Region Origin], even the Raid bosses update! Which, speaking of brings me to... Leveling options. It would be nice, especially once the zonal level ranges get fully implemented, to add levels past 20. Either some sort of Legendary Ranking, or even allowing it to scale to a custom level number. With this, you could set the level cap to 80, and set like 5-6 zones just based on lvls 1-5 and 5-10, etc. This would be a really good changed. and finally, [and maybe more personally] More Achievements for late game! I know that they are likely coming, but it would be nice to have some of those goals set early on here, and let the progression of development allow a foundation for new achievements. I'd love one that tasks you with expanding and upkeeping every above ground zone [granted, a sanity check may be needed, 30% of the total regions must be above ground, or it won't trigger.] This way, someone can't boot in, sink all zones besides the first one, and get the achievement. Perhaps more based on dungeon building and succession? As of now, you can pop down 2 dungeons in zone 1 and have all of the achievements. Maybe "Have 15 dungeons with at least a 30% success rate." or even better, souls-esque "Tough but Fair | Build a dungeon with less than a 5% clear rate, but has a high user satisfaction." High risk, high reward. Achievements are a GREAT way to allow the player to spice up their creativity, instead of smackin down the next zone and building away. All in all, these are merely suggestions. As it stands now, this game is absolutely phenomenal! I cannot wait to see what's to come.

Decent little game, all the mechanics you think an MMORPG would have. Only suggestion would be allow us to place "world bosses" where it spawns randomly and all the players come together to defeat it for configurable rewards. Would be awesome to see all the little ppl fighting one big boss. Had some minor bugs around the networking side of things, feel it's not explained well as there's no overview panel to see if you've got enough bandwidth being spread for your player count, would be nice to see a networking panel within the overview menu to keep track of the bandwidth.

You simulate how it would be if you created a basic MMO game. It's a real neat idea and the execution is pretty much that and it's great. It's really good and it's come a long way since release. I would highly recommend it. Some of the UI and non-steam workshop/item support is fairly annoying but overall a really great game with a lot of improvements and fun added since it started in early access. This game is focused around being a simulator/tycoon game, meaning you have to make your own fun and get lost in building and the games systems to enjoy it. There is not a lot of guided direction in this game beyond the initial tutorial, which can be good or bad depending on what kind of player you are. --- OLD REVIEW on first release in Early Access: This game NEEDS integrated Steam Workshop and mod support to be a big success. Pretty fun. Lacking in some variety of items and gameplay but generally a good way to waste some time having fun. Again, this NEEDS workshop/mod support to really be something great. I recommend it, but this would probably be a "neutral" if Steam had the option for it. Right now, it's definitely an early access and missing some key elements and varying game mechanics to keep players engaged longer than a couple of hours.

I picked this up on sale some time ago, thinking it might be a simple indie game for a rainy day. It turns out it's actually much deeper and more interesting than I expected, damn. I noticed development is continuing, and if I had one request it would be to implement some sort of loot rarity system and let us control drops from heroic mobs. Other than that, keep up the good work!

Very enjoyable little god game, but I'd really appreciate some better feedback systems for my actions. Building, decorating and populating your world with monsters is all very satisfying, but I'm never really sure how effective any of it is. For instance, you can design different abilities for different classes, but as far as I know there's no way for you to know how (or even if) they affect the experience of people playing those classes.
