I suuuuper recomend this game, it has a nice balance of building up resources to invest in defence, with a good variety of levels where you can use many different tower loadouts to defend a same post 10/10

Simplistic but not easy, very well-made as a strategy game and definitely worth its cost.

A little rough around the edges but exactly what the title promises. Good fun and worth the low price.

Surprisingly well done. If you can ignore a bit weird English and minimalistic graphics (they are fine really, the only issue I have is that the icons do not show how damaged a tower/wall is), it's a deep, well balanced, very well designed tower defense game that requires some strategic thinking. I see some interesting design ideas in there that I have not really seen anywhere before. For example, there are some crystal towers of various kinds. Already in themselves they are fine, they are different than other towers. But they also have an interesting ability, instead of targetting enemies directly, they can send their attack to another, special tower, which can then forward this attack to somewhere further, and this can be chained, using multiple of those special towers to forward the attack from one place to far on the map. Another rather unique idea is that most towers can't shoot over mountains, but mortars can. This is so simple, but I cannot recall any other tower defense game that did this, and it very nicely transforms the design of the map. Another example - one enemy type shots bullets when you kill it. Meaning you have to protect your towers getting hurt even if they manage to kill the enemy before it reaches them. Again, not something I've seen ever before. There are some cons though too. The biggest one is that there's no way to see the HP and path of the specific enemy during playthrough. That annoys me a bit, as especially in later, more difficult levels, it makes it a bit harder to plan. And most of the levels are quite open, so it would be nice to see where the enemies will go through. The minimalistic interface, while I like it overall, could be improved. Changing the order of tower types that you take to a mission is especially bad. Another issue is in later missions when there are so many enemies attacxking, it's impossible to tell what are their types, as they all bunch up together. But those are minor issues. Overall if you are a fan of the genre, you really have to try it.

Pros: 1. No fancy stuff, all logic and simple. (As stated by the game's name) 2. All of the levels are friendly, the first wave of enemy is bound to show up in places that are easy to defend. 3. Some hidden levels are perks that are fun to find, play and use. (Nothing game breaking) 4. New towers or conditions are introduced with each level, so you won't get bored playing 7 chapters. Cons: 1. Too many projectiles will crash your PC. 2. The setting on volume is digital, fixed to a certain prearranged level ladder. For me even the lowest volume is too loud. 3. NO SANDBOX, GIVE ME SANDBOX. 4. There is no option to arrange the towers in the selecting menu, looks really messy. Overall: 7.5/10
