Mind Snares: Alice's Journey is a good hidden object game with some puzzles not to difficult and some nice designs. I recommend it!!! 💗💗💗

A decent game. I kind of wish the tree lady got a name, because just calling her Tree Lady when she is somehow part of you isn't great. The music is nice and the plot has potential, but it ultimately doesn't feel fulfilled. Good puzzles and hidden object scenes, though.

Given you won't get more than 3-4 hours out of it, it isn't a cheap game, but I would rank it among the luke warm AM titles. The puzzles are few and trivial, the hidden object portions are kind of mediocre. The story is well... AM quality. If you haven't played AM games before they are kind of the bronze standard for the genre, with tons of casual features to skip puzzles/segments. The voice acting and story aspects are usually of poor quality in these games and this one is arguably not an exception. Despite all of this, if you love hidden object games or are just an AM fan in general, then you will get your moneys worth, but just barely.

> reluctantly start Mind Snares: Alice's Journey > expecting a casual stroll down memory lane > nope.avi, car breaks down and suddenly I'm in a realm that makes Wonderland look like a kiddie pool > Shadow dude thinks he's the director of a psychological thriller and horror mashup > Alice's deepest fears? Yeah, I've got those on speed dial > told I need to find magical totems to rebuild a bridge > because apparently, fixing cars is so last season > venture deep into Alice's subconscious, meet characters straight out of her dream team > friendly parts of her psyche? I didn't know Alice had those > solve puzzles that make the Cheshire Cat's grin look like a kiddie doodle > ghosts from her past now real because, sure, why not? > wondering if the Shadow moonlights as a therapist > Alice, honey, we're going on a wild ride through your own psyche > 38 hand-painted locations of Shadow Land? More like a trippy art gallery > 22 mini-games and 19 hidden object scenes, because apparently, the Shadow loves variety > following the lifeline like it's a GPS through Wonderland > meeting 8 oneiric characters, and I thought my dreams were weird > Alice's fate in my hands? Well, that's a responsibility I didn't sign up for > Mind Snares: Alice's Journey - where car breakdowns lead to a psyche showdown! 🚗🌀 INT. BANE'S LAIR - NIGHT Dark, intimidating room with BANE from The Dark Knight Rises and BANE from the Harley Quinn cartoon series sitting at a gaming console. Enter HARLEY QUINN. BANE (TDKR): Welcome, Harley. Today, we delve into the mind-bending world of Mind Snares: Alice's Journey. BANE (HQ): (smirking) Ooh, puddin', this looks like a trip worth taking! HARLEY: (grinning) Oh, this game's gonna be a real knockout! They start the game, and the surreal adventure begins. BANE (TDKR): (adjusting mask) The protagonist, Alice, seems lost in her own mind. A familiar feeling, isn't it? BANE (HQ): (laughs) At least she's not wearing a mask that makes everyone think I'm on a respirator. HARLEY: (interrupting) Ooh, look at those hand-painted locations! Like a messed-up carnival, just my style. They navigate through the game, encountering strange characters. BANE (TDKR): (pointing) What are these characters supposed to be, a nightmarish version of a tea party? BANE (HQ): (grinning) I betcha I'd fit right in. Imagine me in Wonderland! HARLEY: (laughs) A 'Harley in Wonderland.' I'd pay to see that! They face puzzles and hidden object scenes. BANE (TDKR): Ah, puzzles that make breaking the Bat seem like child's play. BANE (HQ): (snickers) Breaking the Bat? How about breaking the fourth wall? That's more my style. HARLEY: (excited) Ooh, hidden objects! Just like hiding my mallet for a surprise attack! As they play, the Shadow's power manifests. BANE (TDKR): (raising an eyebrow) A shadow that forces you to face your fears? I faced a masked vigilante; this should be a cakewalk. BANE (HQ): (leaning in) Ooh, a shadowy figure? Reminds me of someone I know... HARLEY: (mockingly) Batsy, is that you? They reach the lifeline and find totems. BANE (TDKR): (grinning) Rebuilding a bridge with magical totems. Ingenious. BANE (HQ): (sarcastic) Yeah, because Gotham City could use a few magical bridges. HARLEY: (nodding) Beats the Bat-signal any day! They finish the game, the fate of Alice hanging in the balance. BANE (TDKR): A mind-bending journey indeed. Alice's fate was... intriguing. BANE (HQ): (smirking) Just like my rollercoaster romance with Mr. J! HARLEY: (clapping) Bravo! Now, who's up for pizza? They exit the lair, leaving Wonderland behind, as Harley hums a twisted version of "Painting the Roses Red." BANE (TDKR): (leaning towards Harley) You merely adopted the madness, Harley. I was born in it, molded by it. I didn't see the sanity until I was already a man. HARLEY: (grinning) Well, Mistah J always said I had a knack for the crazies. BANE (HQ): (mockingly) Oh, look at you two bonding over madness. I've got a whole army of lunatics back in Gotham. They share a villainous laugh, the echoes of chaos filling the lair. INT.
