Solid, I will play more. It is a bit like Roguebook where you move on a map tile after tile and discover the area but the the auto battler part that will remind you of Hearthstone battleggrounds mode.

It's good. On the surface, it looks like the standard deckbuilder roguelite with the lane based combat, but the Big Idea is that many of the cards in your deck will give a permanent buff that will last until the end of the run. So every encounter you're balancing winning with self-buffing to make yourself strong enough to handle the next one. It's a novel gimmick that I've not seen elsewhere and it adds a lot of fun.

Looper Tactics is a captivating and fun game that allows the player to embark on all sorts of missions and mischief. At its core, it's a card battle game combined with an autobattler, but with the exciting twist that all buffs and spells cast on your warrior cards remain throughout the entire campaign after each duel. Therefore, you'll want to buff up your warriors as much as possible to make them as strong as possible, while also not wanting to linger too long in duels since your own character, who plays the cards, is involved in each round and risks taking damage and losing health points. These health points also do not replenish automatically after each duel, adding a balancing aspect to the game. There's also a hint of roguelite, meaning that you can upgrade all cards and relics outside of the combat zones, so the next time you visit a combat zone, the relics and cards will be better and stronger. This can help you defeat certain bosses and monsters if you find them difficult after a few tries. It also gives a delightful refreshing feeling of both improving in skills and cards /relic upgrades. One downside I found with the game was the whole story or lore of the universe. It feels very complex and meta. Something loops, and everything is infinite or something like that. Sometimes it's black and white, and apparently, everything has already happened again or something? I don't know, but personally, I skipped the entire story after a while and just clicked past all the speech bubbles. The actual card battles and gameplay loop were fun, but all the lore and history could easily be skipped. It might add something, I don't know, but my tip is to skip all that and focus on the gameplay itself. In conclusion, it's a fun game, and I recommend it.
