Before we start the review, you absolutely have to install the 18+ patch from the dev's website in order to play this. It doesn't just add 18+ content. Without the patch, the Steam version is a buggy, unfinished mess that's missing a bunch of regular content as well as all the H content. It's pointless to try to play this without the patch. That said, with the patch installed, this has a ridiculous amount of content for a sister banging simulator and I don't just mean H content. It has a bunch of interesting plot lines involving bettering yourself, supporting your guild and adventuring with your sister to cure her illness. I've played for about 25 hours and feel like I'm about halfway through it so far. Though, you could probably blaze through it faster if you knew exactly how to play it. There is a lot of trial, error and save scumming involved as you work things out. In nearly all dating sims or H games, you only have to worry about stats for the person you're trying to be with. Raise their stats, get them to like you, get them acclimated to "activities", etc. In this game, though, you have stats for yourself, your sister and your guild that all have to be balanced and improved and the dev did a great job keeping everything balanced. If you aren't careful, you can easily end up on the path to a game over but once you've worked out the mechanics, it's not daunting at all. Not all activities are created equal. For example, it's a waste of time and energy to train at home. Once you realize you can get multi-stat boosts from adventure books, battles and adventuring, training at home, which only raises one stat at a time, is woefully inefficient so that frees up more time and energy to hang out with your sister when at home. There are a bunch of little min/max things like this that you learn as you play. As for the H content, it wouldn't hurt if the animations were a little better but it's pretty high quality even despite that. There's a lot of unique artwork, a lot of "activities" to unlock and if you're into the sister thing, the dev knows exactly which buttons to push to satisfy that fetish. It's also nice how it isn't always you that's doing everything. As you progress, your sister will sometimes take the initiative both in H scenes and when you're just hanging out. At first she might just initiate a conversation or give you cookies as a present but these get more interesting as your relationship progresses. Overall, this game has a ton of effort put into every aspect of it and is very satisfying as both a regular RPG-ish game and as an H game. Just make sure to install that patch before playing.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION! This game is bugged, and is missing key content that will not let you go past a few days in unless you download the uncensor patch on Kagura Games website. It's missing abilities, gameplay, as well as quest points that will cause you to keep failing the main story and not be able to proceed without it. Its almost like someone who didn't know what they were doing just deleted parts of the game without checking if it would actually break it. Once the game is patched, its a great game overall.
