The English translation is mostly-complete but shows up strangely onscreen at times, and there are numerous items and creatures that just aren't translated at all. It also required going into the Settings initially and didn't offer a language selection at startup, but I don't consider that a significant issue. With that said, if you are deeply-familiar with Teamfight Tactics from League of Legends, nothing about this game should be confusing after a bit of experimentation. What I was looking for was a game that was essentially just Teamfight Tactics, but as a PvE experience instead of a PvP experience. I got exactly what I was looking for, and it did a great job at scratching that itch. It's not perfect, and the balance is wonky in some places (but that's honestly true of TFT as well), but the price is right and I was happy with what I got.
