Game was worth the price. But ultimately the game flattens out in late game with little to do towards the end. It gets stale when you max your tech tree, and seem to reach a limit with troop numbers. And with how resources like Iron and coal are on the map, every map has a cap on max iron. With how long it takes to produce weapons/armor it becomes clear they're is a production limit, which limits your military growth per map. The game was fun for what I paid for it. But its one of those play a map to the limit I mention above, and either start a new map or a different game. The most fun I had was building the settlement up. Id recommend, its not an expensive game and it was fun for what it is.

Solid enough (but nothing memorable) city builder with some raiding elements involved (no direct combat-resolved via screen decisions). If you like city builders that don't require a lot of micromanagement this will do.

I named my Hero Ragnar Lodbrok and send him to discover west he did! And his brother Rollo helped him in his journey, When they come back i set up a raid group send them to make odin happy! Rollo died, Ragnar came back and died of old age 74 y.o I guess you age much faster in this game ? :D Game says 6 years passed but i already saw 10-20 generations already thats an issue i think people get to be old so fast... Other than that game is quite fun and has kind of depth to it if you look into it progressive build game where you set your village to vikingr cove ! Trade & Raid kind of mind after you defend your village and go on to unlock more stuff but in the end there is not a lot of options but still it is fun! Note: Workshop has more build options made by the community itself there are some good stuff i would deff check out. in total I will suggest this game on when it gets to be cheaper %50 discount or something. Also i realized there is DLC in this game made not to long ago but no one buyed it i suppose no review whatsoever... Note: Also devs i think either left the game or they work on something and kept quiet.
