Kitaria Fables pros: //fast game with modern day graphics with easy controls that moves from location A to B to C and so on cons: //some difficult battles/boss battles/objectives //some overpowered enemies //some enemies have unfair attacks //sometimes too many enemies constantly spawn //upgrades require a lot of resources //collecting resources are a grindfest //unlocking things are a grindfest that sometimes require additional special requirements //repetitive with minor changes //some lack of directions/instructions //no time of day control which results in long wait times for certain npcs to show up //some quests do not give basic required equipment such as tools for farming and mining and that's where the game ends //good game Personal Suggested Purchase Price: $0.99 Or Less During Sale

Cute, fun, similar fighting to other, not as fun games. Also, dying doesn't cost you anything but some time. Really takes the frustration out of learning when to dodge and boss movements. Also a little farm sim for those who enjoy that. My only real complaint is that there are a few attacks shared between you and the bosses that do NOT work the same. For you they hardly ever hit enemies, but when bosses use them it's an instant full hit, no matter where you are or how you dodge. Either make the boss attack dodgable properly or make our version just as devastating!

It is a relaxed, casual, adventure game with a bit farming element. Thus, don't expect a complicated fighting mechanic and too serious farming. However, be aware that the stones grinding is heavy because they do not spawn as often as the trees. The stones only spawn about 3 to 4 in-game days after the initials gathering, and only a handful of piece stones every time. There is a main story mission require 20 stones, so do not spend any of your stones on weapon/armor until you are done with that mission. I noticed that more items/upgrades require more than 20 stones. This is my progress in the game at the time of writing this comment. I'm not sure if this is the intended stone spawn timer or if it's a glitch. That's why I would recommend this game but only when it's on sale.

This review is based on 100% completion and 33 hours of gameplay. Recommendation: Would I recommend this game? Yes, this was a decent little cosy style game, but don't go in expecting anything spectacular. The game itself has a simple gameplay and progression style. The story itself was simple to follow and understand, and it was written reasonably well. The game's farming mechanics are simple to learn and understand, but I wasn't a huge fan of them. The enemy types in the game are fairly interesting, and combat against them is simple; just don't stand in the red. If you're looking for something to pass the time or pick up for a few minutes, this isn't a bad choice; it's definitely an ok game. Just make sure to wait for a good sale before purchasing this title. Achievements: The achievements in this game are not particularly difficult; they will simply be a grind, which can be quite boring. I did experience an issue with quest-related achievements, with the quests simply bugging out for a short period of time, so be aware that you may encounter a similar issue. Other than that, I can't recall any other issues. Aside from a grind, the achievements in this game are relatively easy to obtain, if not time consuming.

This is NOT cozy a farming sim. This IS a cozy action adventure game with farming in it. There is no furniture. There is no decorating. The purpose of crafting is to only make your character and their gear more powerful. That's it. I haven't finished the main story but with 12 hours in I know this game isn't for me. But I still recommend this game ONLY when it is on Sale and if you know exactly what you are getting. This game is more like Fable than like Stardew Valley. At first it is enjoyable cause you are learning the game and unlocking features as you progress through the story. But then you realize that you aren't working towards a farming sim and the game you are playing is all that it is going to be. Which is perfectly fine if that is the type of game you are wanting. I just didn't know that was the game I was getting. Now, I would highly recommend this game to children who are getting into gaming and can do some reading. There is no penalties for being defeated in battle and there is no penalties for staying up late. There is also no Energy bar so you can farm as much as you want. If you are looking for a cozy cat farming sim then this game is NOT it. But if you are looking for a cozy cat Fable-like game then get it (only when it is on Sale).
