Really loving this game so far. Came from Northernlion's streams. The team building potential in this game is honestly incredible. Being able to add and change the typing to stack same type buffs is such a fun element to the game. The complexity of the different teams you can build makes for great replayability, as any good roguelite should have, but doesn't feel overwhelming to get a handle on at all. Current two biggest complaints are I can't figure out how to remove an item from a Kadomon without swapping it with another item which is really annoying. Also I think I accidentally quit a run without meaning to which was 100% my fault but I wish there would have been a "Clicking this button ends your run, are you sure?" window that popped up lol. Either way, a very fun roguelite auto battler, worth the money, will continue to play and excited to see where it goes EDIT: Can now easily remove items by right-clicking in the team building/shop menu, not sure if this was in place before and I just didn't try but it works great now. Not sure what I did to randomly quit my run last time, but the pause menu seems a lot more intuitive now (and there's a resume run button on the menu which I can't remember if it was there before, but seems like it autosaves) so I don't think I'll be making that mistake again. The game needs a bit more difficulty/incentive for replayability (ie. a SAP-like feature of getting a win with every 'mon, or filling out the "Kadodex" with wins) but since the game is still in EA I'm assuming this will improve!

I may or may not be addicted. I highly recommend to anyone who likes Super Auto Pets or other auto-type games. Although it is an auto playing game it feels very involved with how many different ways there are to develop your team and the paths you choose to take. Edit : I saw that the games overall rating on steam was "Mixed" and was confused as this is currently one of my favorite games as it is visually pleasing, fun, creative, and scratches the creature collection itch in my brain. I would like to point out though that many of these reviews are much older to anyone looking to buy the game in it's current state. I won't address the positive reviews as there won't be a point, but as someone with a decent amount of time in the game in a more recent time-frame I'd love to give you some insight on the current state of the game. 1st : Someone said there is only ~45 creatures, there is certainly not the 180 creatures the game features *right off the bat*. You have to complete challenges over time through each run you complete to unlock more Creatures and Items. The more time you put into the game the more complex the game play will get! 2nd : This is something I will actually agree on being a negative. The "Item Combination" feature IS incredibly un-intuitive but to be honest it's also not entirely necessary as you can get all the items through other means. 3rd : Someone said "[The game] completely fails as a rougelike and an auto-battler"... Definition of Rougelike : "Roguelike is a style of role-playing game traditionally characterized by a dungeon crawl through procedurally generated levels, turn-based gameplay, grid-based movement, and permanent death of the player character." The Game certainly fits the definition and well the battles are controlled automatically so it fits that as well... 4th : Some people are saying it's a buggy game but I have to assume this is a situation of the older state of the game because I personally haven't experienced much issues with bugs and such. The devs are consistently listening to the players and making changes to the game that reflect the desires of the player base, and there isn't much more you can ask of a dev team. 5th : Someone tried saying the game takes "10 years to update" and that it "might be a cash grab" which is total BS cause the game has updated 3 times in the past two months which is a perfectly understandable timeframe for a game to be updated smh

It is not perfect, a lot of things could use a rework, for example, the type advantages I could live without. It does not add to the gameplay. Type stacking is very nice though. Cute, fun and very creative designs and good music. It's also just allot of fun trying to build a team when there is so many ways to do so. Very much worth the 10 bucks!

I just started the game and beat my first run. There doesn't seem to be that much depth, you kind of just pick your 4 mons and buff them up 'til the finish. There's more items to unlock, but I'm not sure what I'm progressing towards if I was just able to finish a run in one try. Anyways, it was still fun and the art style is great, so knock yourself out.

Game has alot of character going for it. The evolution of each Mon seems neat, the game play is fun and fast-paced and the Item/Shop system is good. For the price, it is absolutely worth buying, you get an enjoyable experience that will make you feel good when winning. However I believe the devs have alot of work to do in order to increase replay-ability, but this is early access so keep that in mind.
