I don't know how to explain Jazzpunk. I love Jazzpunk. I feel I have played an unhealthy amount of Jazzpunk, but to all of those who have dedicated time and effort into this game, in speed running, casual play throughs, or other methods, I salute you. While I have changed my ideas of gaming, and my library has changed, Jazzpunk stays at the same position it always has. My top pick, and I would pick it for game of the year if I could, an all around favorite. I spent time to try and get every interaction (I only got the water shaking one recently, so I didn't do a good job) and it was worth it. For some this humorous title is not great, but to those with an eye for the imperfect, this game is just perfect. I don't know of any mods for this game, and would like to know if any exist. Try Wedding Cake (spent along time with that mode). To all future Poly Blanks, I wish you well in a game of sport.

I fell in love with this game back when I was going through jacksepticeye's backlog about 8 years ago. it's one of the few lets plays I have watched over and over again. it's one of the first games I bought when I got a steam account. I've replayed this many times over the years since then. I wrote a poem about this game's story for marks. Jazzpunk is so silly goofy and I love it. it's easter eggs the video game. I feel like if you turned me into a game this would be it (maybe because it's imprinted on me so much? chicken and egg? idk). I love trying to get all the flavour text in my games and this takes it to the next level. the art style and the way they model characters is so unique and has definitely influenced what I find appealing in art today. the locations are grounded but at the same time whimsical with gorgeous shapes and color palettes. the intro is so cool as well!! despite me talking about how life changing this game is, I do not think it's worth the full price, especially a decade later, and especially if you're not a freak for it like I am. I played this game again for this review as fast as I could and it took me about ~50 mins (I still could not ignore quite a bit of the side stuff, and even discovered more when I thought I'd found everything!), and my longest exhaustive playthrough was 3-4 hours. it goes on sale often enough, so please make sure you get it + the dlc (more of the same <3) next time it does!! thanks for reading my self indulgent ramblings that I wrote for a badge. I love this game and I hope you can too.

Absurdism: The Video Game. This game makes you feel like a confused kid who fell asleep to Billy and Mandy, but woke up to Adult Swim. For the most part, you walk around and weird stuff happens to you. Often it's genuinely hilarious, but even if it's not, you'll exhale from your nose and think "good one".

Just all around really fun. This game was made for the people who like to dick around and do everything besides the main quest: It encourages it, really. There are so many little easter eggs and side missions that make this game a good time. I highly recommend- very cheap for the content that it contains and only takes a few hours to complete.

I originally fell in love with this game back in 2015 but completely forgot about it until now. The story itself is a bit short, but there are quite a few secrets to discover and side missions to play as well. I do think the price is a bit high for the amount of content, but it's 100% worth it when it's on sale. The game has a lot of cheesy humour so if that isn't your thing, I probably wouldn't recommend it. I'm still hoping for some sort of sequel :(

the static speaks my name A dark/sad/weird/funny first person exploration game. You play a man on his last night alive as he obsesses over a mysterious painting. More of a story game in that it emphasizes mood and character over gameplay. Takes ten minutes to play and has "next-gen" features like a shrimp tank.
