A fun little game. not too long. I was able to finish the game over a couple sessions. Don't go looking into some complicated turn-based game. Your options for dmg are limited to 4 types and it is basically amounts to "is the enemy weak to this, then use this, etc". It has a lot of quality of life features. Probably my favorite is being able to turn off or double random encounters. I probably shaved off an hour of repetitive battles which would have been too easy and not provide any decent exp. While also speeding up leveling for certain encounters. Overall a fun little game.

Jack Move has a lot of style with some unique and funny dialogue. For a indie game, I'd say it's a success; at least laying the foundation for further games in the future. With that being said, there are some flaws that hold it back from being better than a passing grade. The game's story is disappointing. With all of the futuristic style put into the environment, the story doesn't do enough to create a compelling world. The story in itself is short as well. I should mention that the combat follows a rock, paper, scissors format, which by today's rpg standard is uninspired. It's not bad, but it's simplicity without added elemtents gets dull. I think the developer had a vision to make a cool rpg with a tragic story, which he accomplised. I just wish that the story, characters, futuristic world, combat system, etc. were given more substance to really make the game stand out.

This game is overall pretty good. It's on the shorter side, but you can tell it takes its inspiration from previous 16 bit classic RPGs. It's nice to get a RPG with a more scifi/cyberpunk theme. The art is really well done. The music is pretty good, however it can get a bit repetitive. This game sticks around just long enough to be fun without dragging things out. Honestly, if you're looking for a shorter RPG that sticks to the basics and does them really well, this is a good option.

Jack Move is a fairly simple and short cyberpunk JRPG with interesting graphics and music. There isn't a lot to work with here mechanically and you only ever control one character, so you're pretty much in it for the story. It's short and it could probably stand to be about 25% shorter, but it's a reasonable bite sized game.

This is a fun little pixelart cyberpunk JRPG. It's fairly short (I think I finished it in just under 6 hours), but I had a great time with it nonetheless.
