Not a strong recommend. It's very linear, and expects the player to do a little grinding. I think the game really expects you to buy ALL the software, and near endgame, lean on the swap mechanic to load them. I was, by the end, quite glad to have the option to turn off random combat. Final boss was somewhat interesting, but... the combat was nothing much. It's pretty, it's fun, there's some minor plot holes towards the end... honestly, most of the plot just didn't need to happen. But if they did a sequel, I'd be curious. Especially since the one area they actually knocked it out of the park was the dialog with minor characters. Your character is acquainted with her neighbors. That really helps things come alive. And having the action prompt indicate when a conversation will repeat is kinda great.

Despite it being a short experience, I really enjoyed a lot of aspects to this one: the style, the technical jargon in the whole game from dialogue to abilities, and some of the flexibility with some of the combat options. I was 6 hours in when I realized we might be nearing the end, and it did end, so I hope developers continue to make some cool projects, thank you.

Simple old school RPG, with awesome pixel art and a good storyline. The game is quite short, I've 10/10 it in about 8 hours. I do recommend it a whole lot, even as short as it is. The characters are fun, the moves are awesome and the game environment (although a bit confined) is worth discovering. Great job, dev teams! This game is rock solid!

Jack Move is a relatively short, straightforward turn-based RPG in a cyberpunk setting. Briefly, combat operates with an elemental rock-paper-scissors system and status effects (some virtually useless, and some insanely good). Your skills themselves have levels in addition to your character, but in all honesty, this is really not something you need to worry about, as you can afford upgrades by the time you'd max out a skill's levels anyway. Sidequests are inoffensive, and encounter rates can be tweaked to your preference, so points for quality of life. As far as difficulty goes, this is a pretty easy game, and there's nothing wrong with that, but I would have preferred a little more pressure from bosses to make me sweat on occasion. All in all, I had a good time with the game, and don't feel like it overstayed its welcome. I would give it a recommend.

A fine, smaller RPG that's good all-around. A little short and fast, but you could call it sweet, as well. I really like the mechanic of being able to change your entire combat loadout on the fly, making the type-weakness combat less about guessing and more about being prepared.
