Call me an addict, I spent way too much time on that game. I love that game, it's simple, yet complex and way too random but that's what makes it unique. After more than 250 hours on that game (probably 40 afk sleeping) the fact that there is not achievement for completing ALL the challenges is a disgrace.. I was so thrilled to finish the game, and nothing for it.. That is just sad.. PS: Still a great game

To say I have been obsessed is probably an overstatement, but I constantly find myself going back to this game. It is the perfect tower defense game that is amplified by the roguish element. Its cheap and fun and so so crushable.

I do enjoy this game, as it's a lighthearted TD Game with simple, but good looks and mechanics. The only thing that bugs me is that due to the big random factor of tiles and events, more than half of the runs you start just don't feel winnable by default. Getting the right balance of utility, damage, buffs and economy is too based on luck to make a consistent game experience.

I have spent more than 100 hours playing Isle of Arrows. For me, this game is very fun and perfect for playing casually while passing the time. We don't need to strategize too deeply, but once we manage to create a really good defense formation, it feels very satisfying. If there's something that could be improved, the number one thing would be adding bad luck protection to the element of luck in getting cards we can use. At least being able to see the situation on the board and giving us better cards. Also, the in-game events that pop up should consider our condition, for example, if our life is down to 1, there shouldn't be an event that requires sacrificing life. Something nice to have would be more factions and types of towers :) But overall, I'm very happy with this game.

I really like this game. Its fun to just chip away at but when it comes to the gauntlet levels, it is 100% a game of luck. The gauntlet challenges are absolutely nothing except playing many many many many games until you happen to win. It does not matter if you have 100 hours in the game, or 30 minutes, you will win when the rng aligns and allows you to pass the level. Can you be more strategic? Yes. Can you do things to mitigate some of the randomness? Yes. Does any of that actually help you win with a higher frequency? Absolutely not. Has that stopped me from 100% clearing the game and all levels twice despite wondering why I'm sinking so many hours into it? No. Very simple game, nice to play while watching other shows or whatever while you wait for the stars to align for you to win.
