A great game released towards the end of the "Golden Era of Spanish Gaming" (1996-2006). There, we can find many cult classics, such as the Commandos series or, in this case, the Imperivm saga, among many others.

Imperivm RTC - HD Edition 'Great Battles' is fantastic! The updated graphics make the game look good, and it's super fun to play. Whether you're new to strategy games or a seasoned pro, you'll like the easy-to-use controls and immersive gameplay. It's a must-have for anyone who enjoys epic battles and historical adventures!

I like this game. I'd love to see a modern take on this style of game, with a blend of RPG and real time strategy elements. I think the asymmetric nature of the 8 nations is neat, too. Certain nations have strengths that set them apart, and they're definitely not all created equal. You can capture neutral and enemy strongholds, and use them to research other faction's techs as well as recruit their units, allowing for blended forces taking advantage of the strongest units from the faction bases you control. I can't speak to the multiplayer, last time I played it I used Hamachi, it worked out alright.

One of the greatest games ever. I do have a slight issue. I bought on Steam but once in a while it keeps freezing. I have to force shut the game without saving my progress. Can anyone help me on this matter?
