Who would’ve thought a game could change my life? After flipping virtual houses and scrubbing windows in-game, I looked at my own windows and thought, "Wait... I can do this too!" So, I picked up some cleaner, wiped away the layers of dust, and voilà - sunlight streamed in for the first time in ages. House Flipper didn’t just upgrade virtual properties; it upgraded my actual living space. Unexpected life improvement simulator? 10/10 would clean windows again!

House flipper and its successor (HF2) are my GO TO cozy games for when I want to unwind and immerse myself in creating cute little homes. HF1 has had so much support over the years be it DLC, hotfixes or even free content updates, and I pretty much got this upon release and have stayed through to it's final DLC (dineout). There's so much content in house flipper you'll never run out of things to do. Want to be told what they want? there's story jobs. Wanna go nuts and do your own thing? Buy and flip all the houses! Wanna create a house, a shop, a cozy little cafe? the possibilities are endless and even more expanded upon with access to steam workshop! Regardless if you want the DLCS (which *nearly* all add new properties, jobs, items and mechanics) or not you'll never be bored with house flipper! Personal opinion here though, if you're gonna get the base game as a start, AT LEAST get garden as well so you can do both inside and out then maybe venture into the other DLCS if you are undecided right now! Happy flipping!

Finally, the chance to experience home ownership in an economy that doesn't allow the majority of us to event rent a studio apartment. Live out the experience of home ownership and decoration within the virtual confines of game play, until the inevitable collapse of the housing market and economy, where we may potentially have the opportunity to finally own something other than the debt that was throw onto us due to credit card debt from buying groceries.

Пока убираете очередной клоповник, можно сравнить со своим и отложить уборку еще на пару дней :) Spend 40 minutes cleaning the apartment? What for? You can also spend 250+ hours cleaning the most sh*tty virtual rooms! I advise everyone. While you are cleaning another bedbug, you can compare it with your own and postpone cleaning for another couple of days :)

I can play this game for hours on end. It is very helpful when I am feeling anxious. It gives me an outlet to distract myself and I really enjoy how there are story lines and so many different houses and furniture to choose from. 10/10 recommend.
