I just want to say that you should be wary and careful of deep discount from Hitman World of Assassination. As of today 11/28/2024, there is a 90% discount for Hitman World of Assassination PART ONE which is the same map/campaign as Hitman 1. The little rebranding of Hitman 3 to Hitman World of Assassination and then include Hitman (1) and Hitman 2 in it as if they're new content is sneaky at best and dishonest at worst. Check out World of Assassination Upgrade Pack and you'll find that it will only add 6 more new maps: Berlin, Carpathian Mountains, Chongqing, Dartmoor, Dubai, Mendoza. Everything else is Hitman 1 and Hitman 2 maps. I already owned Hitman 1 and Hitman 2, I shouldn't have to look up Reddit guide on how to BUY a fucking game and what it includes. Great game, use the peacock project instead of IO Interactive's servers though - It's a replacement server for the always online portion of the game so your progression will be saved even if IO interactive decides to "shut down" support for the game. https://thepeacockproject.org/ https://github.com/thepeacockproject/Peacock

Don't buy World of Assassination Part One unless it's on sale. If you do buy it, head to your DLC list, go to the store page for Hitman 3 Access Pass: Hitman 1 Complete First Season and buy the World of Assassination upgrade pack listed (it tends to go on sale). This grants you access to the 3 base games - same as buying World of Assassination listed on this store page, whereas WoA Part One only contains the first game with its respective GOTY content. If you're planning to buy the complete experience, keep in mind that Hitman 3 Deluxe pack is different from World of Assassination Deluxe pack - The former contains deluxe content for Hitman 3, whereas the latter contains the H3 Deluxe pack, as well as Hitman 2 Expansion pack and the Seven Deadly Sins expansion. As for additional packs, Trinity Pack, Street Art Pack and Makeshift Pack are all purely customization items, Sarajevo Six Campaign pack is a playable story DLC that adds extra targets to certain levels, and the other packs (The Undying Pack, The Disruptor Pack, The Drop Pack and some other packs that might appear later) are seasonal content - this is content that is free to play for a limited time. Buying these packs grants you extra customization items, as well as permanent access to the content after the seasonal period expires. In order to gain access to the content and the items, this can be purchased even after the season has ended. I wanted to write this out even though there are already plenty of people explaining this because despite following their guides, I still went through quite a headache to figure out what is what. Other than this, I highly recommend the game.

If, and only if, you can sort your way through the confusing and predatory way this game is being sold then it is worth the money. Lots of fun and a lot of content. I'll be playing this for years. Would be 9/10, but 6/10 due to the greedy, manipulative, and frankly weird way this game/DLC is being sold.

For those having trouble buying the game or getting confused by it, get the NORMAL VERSION + HITMAN 3 Access Pass: HITMAN 2 Expansion for all the main content/maps, avoiding paying more for any braindead cosmetics. Goodluck and keep hitting men.
