It's not a complicated affair and it pretty much requires zero skill but it does hit that do-tasks-for-people-and-get-better-at-stuff part of the brain, worth the full price! another 10/10!

The best game in the series, lots of hidden objects, a fine story and the different gameplay elements seem to fit together best here. Very cute and relaxing, perfect casual game for surprisingly many hours.

This game is not your typical RPG. It doesn't involve rolling dice or button-mashing battles. Instead, it's a casual game where you click on text, items, and possible battle outcomes. The story follows a brother and sister escaping a tough situation, only to find themselves in another strange situation. To progress through the story, you click through multiple zones and complete quests. The story, while not particularly remarkable, fits the bill for a short, casual game with a "good versus bad" theme. At times, the plot may feel rushed, but you'll mainly do fetch quests and read simple one-liners. Occasionally, there are areas with lengthy text, but these are infrequent. You have a currency system that requires you to make decisions about what to buy, sell, or keep to aid you on your adventure. It's not too complicated, and you don't need an accounting degree to manage your budget. Throughout your journey, you'll need various items to produce other items for quests or to defeat enemies. Combat involves bringing required ingredients and watching two swords fight each other. There's no blood, violence, or strong language, making it suitable for those seeking a non-violent title. For those times when competitive or intense games feel overwhelming, this game offers a more laid-back option. It provides a relaxing gaming experience without the weight of worldly problems in the digital sense. If you're looking for a game to unwind with and enjoy some gaming without stress, give it a try and save those children from evildoers!

Hero of the Kingdom 2 is a magnificent casual game. I really enjoyed the gameplay of looking for and collecting various natural produce and then strategically managing resources with traders to use them for quest advancements. The game didn't feel grindy even for a full achievement clear, which in and of itself wasn't that hard. Visually and audibly everything is quite pleasant too. Storywise, the dialogues and lore are presented plainly but genuinely. What I didn't like was the fact of not knowing whether a resource can be sold for good or it will be needed/found later which lead to multiple careful and miserly trades as to not be left with no money to progress and then be forced to earn gold one by one in profit margins (snake and spider loot, for example).
