I love this game, and I play it more as a casual thing, unlike all my other games. I remember playing it on FRIV and I really loved it, still do, but that doesn't mean it doesn't have it's problems. My main problem is the speed of the ghost, it would be great if we could change and choose what speed we want, since it's too fast in my opinions, but for others it may be perfect. It also glitches too often, at least in my games. For example, it keeps unpossessing the objects without me touching it. It also closes out of nowhere and I lost my progress.

I have not played this game for at least 10 years, and returning to it after finally looking it up melts my heart. However, this version has a random chance to just crash. From what I've read, it's presumably because you can spam a certain action and cause the game to crash. I'll give it the benefit of the doubt, but this can majorly hinder an otherwise great game.

Haunt the House is such a treat to play. I used to play this game all the time through itch.io about 10 years ago when it was like 1 of the 7 games my old crappy laptop could actually run, so maybe nostalgia is swaying my mind. But the game is just so sweet and cute and charming. The gameplay is extremely basic, but it's topped with amazing visuals, nice humour and at times decent music. There's not much to say, it's just a lot of fun and it's over before you know it.

this game was actually quite fun to play, i remember playing the original haunt the house mansion level on the web quite a while ago, its about worth its price, but one thing i didn't like about the game is the achievement "the final curtain", not because there isn't a consistent way to make people jump out of windows, unlike the opposite achievement of "the friendly ghost", but i do overall recommend it if you aren't going for 100%
