At first I played this game through... other means... but it was so amazingly good that I bought it and finished the game twice. It scratches the itch for adventure that I always love. I haven't been pleased with a harvest moon game in a long time.

it's very simple and compared to fields of mistria, missing ALOT of QOL features. also alot of weird invisible walls that really hinder the "open world" concept. however, it is a big step up from previous natsume games. i hope in the future, that character assets are shared with npcs and vice versa to give more appearance options.i would also like to see swimming, jumping, items not disappearing from the map when a bag is full regardless how long you leave it and that items are usable while put away in storage while crafting and such.

Very nice, chill game. The design of the open world can be frustrating sometimes. That would be my only negative. It is a great game. Runs great on Steam Deck too. Recommended.

love harvest moon pro and con is you can tame animals in the wild but you can't sell at all. you have to get funds mostly from truffles and fishing. you can make funds from the lower mining levels. Mining is different in this game but not in a bad way. there is a rod detector function that you can find ore and the ladder easier! You will be able to stay up without tired effect until 4am as soon as it is 4am you are screwed lol you can the tired effect. so get to sleep before 4am! the volcano is a maze. there are 3 entries. follow the signs to get to the volcano mine. There isn't really a guide for the ores EXACTLY online in which mine and mine level but there are some that at least give to an idea at the time of writing this. OH and the House upgrade you HAVE to do TWICE before you can get hitched with your romantic interest and have the blue bird feather. Love the game even so! Always have loved the series. Thank for the read and have fun!
