The game is good Graphics good The gameplay good It tactical game But if you’re about to buy the game And you from Asia Forgot about it There’s no players on Asia servers I play like 1+ hours and all the servers are 200+ ping’s

This game is everything I have been looking for, I have bought them all and this hands down has been the most fun tactical shooter I have found, even though it needs some polishing. The gun play is excellent, in fact the best gun play I have found in any game so far, I handle some of these weapons in real life and they feel very accurate. I love the ability to actually modify your weapon with things like dual sights and offset rails, the attention to detail here is better than any other game I have played. The time to death all of it feels just right. Even the solo missions were hard for me to beat initially and I liked that challenge. The AI isnt perfect and can act stupid sometimes but it will still kill you if you f around for more than a few seconds without killing them. I think if they finish this game and polish it with full campaign and some additional game modes this game is by far my fav so far. I wasnt going to buy this game after trying so many and not liking many of them, glad I did this is the one I am excited to get back in an play. The mods are also really cool and work quite well. Love how thats built into the game. More maps more game modes polish some lingering details and this is the best thing out there. Port it to Unreal 5 and its OVER!

First time when we see the steam page we know that GROUND BRANCH is a first-person tactical shooter focusing on CQB, team tactics and communication. The tags “Tactical” “Realistic” are absolutely true and hit the nail. Looking at the whole story of the game and mainly the trials it went through, or the passion that is put into it (despite the unsuccessful Kickstarter they did not give up as far as I know, however, the concept remained, and in time were working on the game as a side project for several years). Some will consider this a scam due to the length of development and raise red flag, but I can't consider this game a scam, instead I see passion, work with love and attention to detail done by a small dev team in their spare time. The people behind this game have jobs and lives to put first, and they covered most of the development costs out of their own pockets until the game recently gained some attention on Steam. Over the past few years, the game has seen significant improvements, with more promised in the upcoming 1035 update, which will include updated AI and animations. if GB does not go down the wrong path, it has a bright future ahead of it, and I’m willing to wait patiently for the full release. I very much hope that GB avoids the bad practices that have literally infected other games in the genre, such as Ready or Not, which unfortunately did not live up to expectations (Missing features that were promised on 1.0, cut content, terrible optimization plus I mean MINUS that a year passed between updates and yet they worked in other projects and rushed 1.0 out just to get Christmas $$$$$, then took a month off without a public statement about the state of the game. VOID made a ton of money and recognition in early access, and the game is in terrible condition through the eyes of a person who supported RoN from the beginning when it was announced.) GROUND BRANCH seems committed to sticking to its plan despite limited resources, so I believe this dedication will pay off, and I'm excited to see how the game evolves.

Its hard to decide if you should or should not get this game. Tactical.. Sometimes. military... for sure its got the uniforms and some amazing guns. But its sometimes not a welcoming community for new or even experienced players. Everyone believes they have the "Right Way" of playing the game. I've waited so long to right a review and now I think its time. I've been playing for years. Lone wolf or joining servers. It can be a lot of fun if you get a good group together, and even mods really carry the game. BUT some groups take it very seriously and ACT like pros. Screaming that you need a Mic and that you need to be tactical... That never happens. Most to all servers are mute. The "TACTICAL" groups are either fun or toxic there is no in between. I've been kicked for being "too annoying" or for team killing when there has been no communication through the whole match. But "they" have been communicating either through discord or just to their group. The (TBR) server is one of the best servers ive played on. They have fair rules, do check for team work, and check for mics. they can be strict but its fair, and they have rules posted. Im happy to be able to play there and have an amazing time. Other server are not that way. Not saying dont go try other places, just be prepared. So if you jump in be prepared and walk carefully or you are out. No warning, No conversation, YOU ARE GONE. GOOD? BAD? idk its hard to tell. I enjoy this game when things go well, but lately its just a kick fest. Even if you are trying your best and really trying to be tactical. if someone doesn't like you or you team kill the wrong person out of "ERROR" not multifarious intent. Then prepare to be kicked and look for another server that you hope is using communication and isn't just another server of muted operators. Either be super tatical like ARMA or SQUAD, OR prepare for it to be ran like a call of duty lobby. I guess jump in head first and pray for the best. At this point I'm still not sure if its worth it until these communities and servers can find a healthy balance of what they want and or looking for. If they don't want random people just make a locked server, and stop having a power complex for kicking people. I might sound whinny or cry babyish but i REALLY enjoy this game, the talented Blackfoot studios, and the amazing modding community... but the people in the servers are my biggest problem at the moment. so all i have last to say is enjoy the game but be prepared to walk on egg shells, you never know who or what you are going to play with. Because if your not careful prepare to just leave the game. Hopefully you can get back in and apologies so you can keep playing with the group you are enjoying, or prepared to be kicked for hours. TBR has been the only safe and fun server to have a good time in ,as well as to really learn the game and really enjoy some mods.
