A stereotypical Casual Hidden Object Point & Click Adventure game. Not exactly thought-provoking. Only take a few hours to fully complete. Mostly a bit of leisurely wholesome fun that doesn't take itself too seriously.

Having played the latest game in this series of Grim Legends, I can say that it surpasses the previous games in several ways. The animation has seen a significant upgrade compared to the previous games in the collection. Although I haven't personally used it, it was interesting to see there was a "custom mode" option added, that wasn't available before. Another aspect that has been added that i found cool is the ability to combine objects. This mechanic wasn't in the previous games and adds a new way to solving puzzles and progressing through the game, which was interesting. Continuing with special additions, there was the possibility to choose topics when talking to other characters. This adds depth to the interactions, although it's a bit frustrating that you must select all available options, kinda takes away the point of having options. Although, a problem i found is that you may miss some dialogues if you interact with objects before talking to characters. The puzzles in this game are more difficult than those in this collection in my opinion. But, they are completely different from the earlier games, which was really nice, and interesting. However, i did feel like it was much more easier to get stuck comparing to the other games. This lack of direction can be frustrating, especially for those who prefer a more guided experience. On another side, the game seems to target an older audience, more so than the second and significantly more than the first game in the collection. It felt that way given both the complexity of the puzzles and the narrative themes. It still a very good game.

freakin love these games. for being the 3rd in a series, this was by far the easiest, but also had the most fun story line!

Easily my favourite of the trilogy, with a plot on par with Enigmatis. The cutscenes are a bit low res but that didn't affect my enjoyment of the game. The bonus chapter was a nice addition, and a fitting ending. ^-^ Note: there is one hidden objects puzzle where the list says 'carafe' and they actually mean 'scarf'.

I have a problem, once I start I have to finish. The story is really engaging. Worth replaying just to get all the achievements. I don't have to, thanks to the extras when you're done with the game, but I want to. If you like puzzles and hidden objects, this is for you.
