The only reason I recommend this game is because it's not a bad game and steam don't have a neutral option. Honestly this game is only get overwhelmingly positive because: 1. Cat. 2. Art direction. It's definitely not a 9/10 game, a 7/10 at best, 5/10 for the gameplay. It's neither a good action game or a good platformer, serviceable with nothing great about it. If you take one look at the achievement completion rate, you will notice that it has very low percentages, a lot of people didn't even finish the game let alone doing it again on hard mode. Combat is very simplistic, basic short string commands (XXX, XXY, etc...), it has no depth, what you see in the demo is what you will get, nothing more. Movement is alright, platforming is annoying more often than not, the charm wear off after 2h. Difficulty is pretty much non-exist, the highest difficulty is equal to Human mode in DMC 5 but boss fights get longer, the game is only 5-7h long if you don't care about 100%. The last 2 bosses on highest difficulty is absolute dogshit, they are just long tedious repetitive health gate gimmick fights, you just repeat the same things over and over and over until the boss finally die, another case of classic "hard" mode where it's just annoying, not hard. Your skills don't matter at all because the game will just stop you from doing damage at certain thresholds, there's nothing you can do to kill the boss faster. The same case can be made for Bayonetta 1 on hard and beyond but at least your skills matters in Bayo 1 and the combat has more depth. Simplistic combat system thrives on shorter fights, repeating the same gimmick twice in a fight is already too much let alone thrice. I hope the devs learnt something from this game and improves the combat in their next game if there's gonna be one. For what it's worth the combat does feel smooth, often time Western devs don't know how to make melee combat feel smooth, there's always some jankiness unlike Eastern devs i.e. Capcom with MonHun & DMC or PlatinumGames, hell a lot of companies can't even nail Souls-like combat, one of the most basic combat system ever.

Imagine if Deadpool played Ratchet And Clank and thought "You know what? I'm gonna make a game like this, but with a cat, and a hoverboard, and a depressed AI (and hookers)", and BOOM, you got Gori. Legit though, games really fun, a little too easy even on the hardest difficulty avaiable pre-game+ Also, the main theme song is fucking awesome! (The whole OST is awesome, but the main theme is just purrfect)

Pawsitively Purrfect Points! This game is frickin' amazeballs. You play as an awesome cat riding a mouthy hoverboard trying to slaughter deranged unicorns. I haven't laughed this hard about a video game in a long time. The story mode is short but super sweet. I really liked the art style, and the music feels very much inspired by Doom. There's plenty of upgrades along the way, and every fight makes you feel like one bad ass kitty meow. Playing this game will almost certainly brighten your day!

Controls are fluid and fun. A bit repetitive but you can't slay 1000 unicorns without a little repetition. I like it. I also like it a lot.

Fantastic little character action game! It is fairly long for the price and has insane amount of variety. There are new enemies being introduced up until the end of the game. The story is really nice, the little comic cutscenes are adorable. The music is an absolute blast. Big recommend!
