This came in a bundle with another game I wanted so I bought it. Had no idea it was going to be so fun and addictive. A relaxing yet engaging game to play.

game use to be really fun but then they made a weird terrible choice to update it. the options for the custom game became confusing and the pvp aspect which made most of the fun they removed. instead of killing others by throwing them off ledges or screwing up their shots now you can only harm them with traps specific cards. use to be a great game but now their recent update that happened within the past few months probably put the last nail in the coffin for this game. sad to see a great golf game go :( EDIT: the developer made changes to it and this is once again my favorite golf game I highly recommend it to everyone.

They have reinstituted "hardcore" mode as the default for multiplayer as it should be. I can once again recommend this game.

It's a great rouge-like deck-builder and a good golf game but not a mini-golf game it straddles the line between scales to much that it could easily be mistaken for to-scale golf if it didn't say otherwise. It's just missing one key detail, a detail that all physiques based games about minimising the steps to get an object with variable properties to a goal should have. The preview needs too show how fast the ball will be go. Not with numbers though... Optional quality of life improvements include: Allowing me to look at my shots from multiple angles, Adding a confirm button to the menus showing cards/perks you've received (because right now it's on a weird timer where it's to short to read what the things do but to long if you already know what the things do). If those are added then I'll consider it an amazing game even if has an inconsistent identity but that's a marketing thing and that doesn't have any bearing on its fun values. So don't overlook it just because some parts look generic! The meat of this golf ball is good I swear.

ENG: Golfie is a beautiful combination of golf and roguelite cards, but unfortunately, it suffers from some problems that make it far from perfect. Among these problems, the procedural generation is composed of parts of levels, so after several hours, some levels may seem to have been played previously. Another thing worth mentioning is that many of the cards you obtain are somewhat complicated to learn to use, so trying them out in the middle of a run could possibly result in a wasted turn/life due to trial and error. However, as the saying goes, "don't let the tree cover the forest," Golfie also has very positive aspects. Graphically, it is attractive and well-polished. It has online rankings, a daily challenge, and a multiplayer mode that I admit I did not try but is surely empty of players, so "with friends or nothing." As we play, we level up, unlocking more cards and cosmetics to customize that keep the incentive to keep playing it. Personally, I'm having a good time and will probably play it daily for a few weeks. The base price is a little steep, so I recommend waiting for a good sale. ESP: Bellísima combinación de golf con roguelite de cartas, que lamentablemente sufre de algunos problemitas que hacen que disten de ser perfecto. Entre estos problemillas, la generación procedural está hecha por partes de niveles, por lo que con el pasar de las horas, algunos niveles pueden parecer que ya fueron jugados previamente. Por otro lado, otra de las cosas que cabe mencionar podría ser que muchas de las cartas que uno va obteniendo son algo complicadas de aprender a usar, por lo que probarlas en medio de una partida posiblemente se traduzca en un turno/vida desperdiciado por el prueba y error. Sin embargo, y como dice el dicho "que el árbol no te tape el bosque", Golfie también tiene aspectos muy positivos. Gráficamente es atractivo, bien pulido y completamente funcional. A su vez, posee rankings online, con desafío diario y un multijugador que, voy a reconocer, no probé, pero seguramente esté vacío de jugadores, así que "con amigos o nada". A medida que jugamos, vamos subiendo de nivel, desbloqueando más cartas y cosméticos para personalizar que incentivan a seguir jugandolo. Me la estoy pasando bien y seguramente lo juegue a diario por unas semanas. El precio base está algo alto, por lo que recomiendo esperar una buena oferta.
