If you can touch type and are proud of the skill... you will love this game! If you can almost touch type and want to do better... you will love/hate this game! If you single finger type... you will hate this game! The game is awesomely simplistic, elegant and in its own way, beautiful. The rogue like nature is enjoyable and failure is inevitable but it gives you enough chance and throws the words at you in waves such that there is rest-bite, enabling a feeling of achievement from achieving success against an intense wave whilst knowing full well that the next one will be more challenging. Suggestion for the devs: The barrier to entry is quite high, a reasonable level of touch typing is required to get anywhere in this game. I think it could really help open up the audience if an ultra-slow beginner level was included to allow single finger typists and/or children to access the game and feel achievement. This could then also bridge a gap to an educational tool as well as being a game. Good luck devs and great work so far!

Fun. The upgrades to weapons is cool. I wished there was some way of making words that are bunched together easier to read. Once you get to that point you are basically screwed cause you can't read the word to type.

The game design is nice. Having such a funny way to use my keyboard is cool. However, the only problem I noticed while playing was : I'm french and the ê doesn't work. It's really frustrating because I can't kill the word "fête"... And sometimes the boss sentence starts with "être". And as the ê doesn't work, I'm basically force to quit to restart a new game or I will be stuck forever à 0%. Ofc, I can play in english, but as it's not my main langage, it's not really comfortable and I'm not typing as fast as I type in french. But besides that, I like the game.

This game is tough. I get to around 80-100 WPM most games, and I still struggle to beat the first boss. It's easy to take in everything, though. There's no crazy colors, so everything is visually clear. One complaint I have is that you don't type to use the main menu. I just think that would be cool.

This is exactly the typing game I was looking for. Action packed as can be with great game mechanics. But what sold me on it was the dark mode, such a considerate QoL feature. Overall, it is well worth its asking price, even in this early access form!
