There is a guy who keeps haunting the store page and forums all over a personal grudge against the developer. Beware the reviews from private profiles with 0.2 hours playtime and a link to a screenshot lmao Other than that, the game is great. Early access this and that but I have the patience to wait for the singular developer to finish his project. Level design is on the boring side but this has already been addressed in the latest update news. Movement is fast and smooth, the animations for the guns all look amazing. Super loving the music too, really hoping that we get more of that with the 1.0 update. Rogue-like features are all there, with permanent upgrades to basically every stat, together with game modifiers of course. If you like fast-paced shooters, and especially rogue-likes, I highly recommend trying the demo. You can tell early on if this game ticks your boxes or not. And to Andrew, keep your chin up my guy. A majority of this community is supporting your work, and we are looking forward to the 1.0 release. Stay safe traveller.

This is NOT A BOOMER SHOOTER. Just gonna get this clear, its NOT a boomer shooter. Honestly this NON-BOOMER SHOOTER is pretty fun with the titanfall-like movement and rougelike elements, which means its NOT A BOOMER SHOOTER. This is one of the most fun NON-BOOMER SHOOTERS I've played in a while and i fully recommend this NON-BOOMER SHOOTER. Did i mention this is NOT a boomer shooter?

There is not a single greater high than going Mach 5 through a stage effortlessly weaving through every obstacle as you obliterate every enemy with your arsenal of downright busted weapons.

Excellent moment to moment gameplay, fast movement and a lot of weapon / ability variety. An early access title with a lot of potential and one to keep an eye on.

GTTOD is one of if not THE smoothest movement shooters I've ever played, wallrunning doesn't feel like an advanced movement mechanic, it feels like a basic movement mechanic, like a natural extension of the moveset, rather than a tacked on feature like in a lot of other movement shooters, or games trying to be. I would criticize aspects of the game like it's difficulty and bugs, but those things are already being worked on as we speak, this is an early access dev that actually gives a damn about his game, and puts in the effort to make it better every time you check up on it, not to mention how active he is in his community. All that's not even mentioning the game's e x q u i s i t e aesthetic and style, the neon look, the low poly models, the badass music, and the amazing weapon animations with just enough urgency and bounce. I could probably keep writing for another few paragraphs, but here's the crux: Buy this game, if you like Titanfall 2, horde shooters, and roguelites (or even if you don't, I generally don't like them), you'll like this, I know it sounds cliche to say "You'll like this movement shooter if you like Titanfall 2", but it's more true here than ever.
