Great for scratching that Sims Decorating itch, down to the minute details. Really fun to play but the controls could take some getting used to.

so, this game is pretty and helpful in arranging furniture, but I do think it lacks variety for some of the wallpapers and floor materials, I also would prefer if there were more curtain types (longer, etc) and I hope that curtain placing will be fixed soon, also, I've been mostly playing in sandbox mode, and I couldn't design a whole apartment, only one room at a time, so I also would reeeeally like to get the option to connect rooms together into one apartment, changing the colours of furniture is also a bit tricky, I wish it was just like microsoft paint, where you choose the colour first and then the pigmentation and contrast, also, I wish we were able to design and alter the furniture ourselves, like the length of say,, the sofa, I wish we could also add some designs/drawings for the furniture like I wanted to draw on the sofa, I wanted to add a balcony, a hallway, and so on,, I don't really write reviews and I hope this one is taken in a friendly manner, I truly loved this game, I just think it needs some tweaks here and there, I cannot not stop playing it, it's so much fun

As an early access game it is alright. As an early access, I don't see this as an negative. If you understand as an early acess its not fully ready, feel free to buy it. It's fun game. - Not well explained things, buying stores etc - No copy/remember style on same item - Place an item, doest keep option to just put down multiple in a row (now u need to re-select item) - Whats the point of having a room? - Shows keep flashing/moving/glitching all the time - lights? wishing I could switch light on and off - When i try to connect something it just doesn't like to be connected + Mini games + simple area(town) with easy to move around + when u get hang on changing styles etc its easy + relaxing and fun time kill Some points I wish to see in the future; - Better explanation on things. Why should I buy a store? Or a mechanical shop? What are the points for it? - Possible light switches - ui is simple but very rough/slow/confusing - better decorating (example points or something for having certain color etc) Good and simple game. Cant wait and see how this goes.

I've played this game for a little over two hours and here are my thoughts so far: The game is simple, relaxing, and a lot of fun. If you like decorating rooms in the sims or House Flipper games, then you'll more than likely enjoy this game as well. There are two modes to play: story mode and sandbox mode. I've spent most of the time in story mode and I love the challenges and rooms available to play. The puzzle rooms are well done and provide a bit of a challenge, but not so much that it's frustrating or nerve wracking. (And I say this as someone who failed the domino room several times...) This game truly is centered around going your own pace and doing things your own way. Sandbox mode was better than I expected it to be in EA. There are tons of furniture options and a room editor, so the player really can create to the limits of their imagination. The controls for decorating really allow you to go wild with different colors, styles, materials, etc. I personally love being able to make everything match with the same wood tones and paint colors; the game makes is really easy too! There's a duplicate item function and an eye dropper tool so it's simple to design the perfectly matching room! (If that's your cup of tea.) Now on to the few things I hope to see improved: - It is a bit frustrating not being able to zoom in/out while an item is picked up since it rotates the item instead. Different buttons for these would be nice. - There are some furniture items I'd like to see added in the future, like corner options for kitchen counters. - Speaking of counters, it is a bummer not being able to edit the colors or styles. Maybe this is a bug, but if not, I hope to see it changed in a future update. It's been one of the only major furniture items I've found so far that isn't customizable. I'm really enjoying the game so far and I'm looking forward to see where it goes from here until the 1.0 release!
