Ever play in the sandbox as a kid? Ever build a sand structure and dump water around it to see how it flowed? Did you enjoy doing that? If so, you'll like this game.

One of my favorite games. It's a shame everyone has such mixed feelings about it. You are a wandering tribe's elemental god, and the Earth is just a canvas upon which to carve landscapes, slow tidal waves, and stopper volcanoes. Without you, your precious and beloved worshippers will never make the journey through a chaotic primordial world. It is only by your forbearance that they may migrate and survive again, as their ancestors before them. I think it's sublime, like some sort of odd shamanistic out-of-body experience you had after some voodoo chief made you huff something from a wooden bowl. Immersing yourself will connect you with the very soul of Ancient Man's struggle. Think Sims but without any babies falling in the toilet or a grown upper middle class woman taking a dump on her living room rug. If you're too busy sperging out about Ubisoft and u-play, you're going to miss it.

Just a simple beautiful old game with physics that I haven't seen before and even after in which we play a divine entity and help the tribesmen, played it over a decade ago replaying it now I can say that the game is still just as interesting and fascinating as before. The only downside is the requirement of Ubisoft Connect (you can find a patch that removes requirement of it) and fps lock (I do not recommend installing fps unlocker because it breaks the game)
