This game is the perfect place for me to find peace and calm. I love its cozy atmosphere, visual style, and music. I played on the easiest level so as not to be too challenged, but it’s still not that easy. I love it!

OKay let me start by saying this is the Perfect style of Point n Click game around. Where you can easily locate hotspots and click the spacebar to reveal them. The lead character an adorable fox always has something to say about them. You can use objects pretty logically and combine items as well. There are plenty of locations, items and character's with whom to interact. If I have to complain I would say it suffers from the typical pitfalls: Why did we click that object on that thing? Okay I get the puzzle now, but it didn't make much sense. And another stretch or two. But the cozy journal not only contains notes and tasks so you always know what to do, but there are cleverly hidden clues throughout. Plus a few scattered books really set you on the right paths. There are a few cool reveals and almost secrets. And overall the game has an old school warm, cozy feeling to it. Sure there's a bit of backtracking but not nearly enough for it to get aggravating. I sincerely hope they make more and tweak those few items, but otherwise it's one of the best P&C Adventure game I've played in a long time!

Its only been 3 chapters so far but I really hope I can see this game to completion! its been fun, for been a puzzle game it seems to have 6 dificulty levels! to play from start to finish! try and challenge your brain on each one till the Hardcore level, but first goodl uck on with the game itself on easy level!. its challenging is fun is beautiful to look at! the characters are great and likable and hopefully will get better from here.

FoxTail is a pretty solid point and click adventure game with beautiful art and great puzzles that are neither too hard nor too easy. I'd recommend it on those qualities alone. Unfortunately the game is held back by some very stilted translation. Some parts are outright grammatically incorrect. It hurts the game's personality, even if theme and characterization shine through the game's awkward dialogue. Chapter 3 is the highlight of this in-development story. It has the best environment, there's a handful of fascinating characters to interact with, and the open-ended puzzle that the chapter crescendos on is a lot of fun.
