Damn bro this is one of the most goated FNAF games ever i've spent countess hours just playing this game and the witherds are such a cool idea reuseing old aspects from the first game just so good, ight pice out.

I'd recommend it, however it does get a bit difficult later on. Especially on Withered Foxy. 4s timers are just, impossible to handle sometimes when you have vent animatronics sticking around for a maximum of 5s. iykyk. Definitely get the game just don't try to waste your time doing Golden Freddy mode lol

Five Nights at Freddy's 2 is a very strong horror title, and it succeeds in building off the mechanics and tension of the original. Unlike the first game, there are no doors to close, so you are always vulnerable to *something* if you're not paying full attention. There are also simply more animatronics with more varied methods of attack to keep track of—the first game arguably becomes less tense once you know the mechanics, but in this game there's pressure even when you're successfully fending off an animatronic attack, since that's time being spent not preventing another. It's a game that informs the rest of the franchise, and one that other horror games stand to learn from. My biggest complaint is that there's no keybind for putting on your mask, since you can "miss" the mouse-over box by dragging your mouse over it too early. Being able to mash a key to put on your mask might make the game a little easier, but I think the quality of life would be worth it. Fortunately, it seems like later FNaF games make more use of the keyboard.
