Fun game to play. Starts out a little tough and then gets easier over time. Unfortunately doesn't have much of an endgame other than grinding with limited growth once everything is unlocke. Update: The game has released now and they added two characters and a map but not an endgame. There are like three hundred achievements but every one of them is just beat map x with class y on the highest difficulty. Runs take 20-30 minutes to complete and play out the exact same way every time, regardless of class. There is nothing to grind towards to late game other than achievements. As it stands, the game still does not have a satisfying late game.

It's just as addictive as Vampire Survivors, but with better graphics and a few different approaches -> basic upgrades that lead to upgrades for the mercenaries, mutations, etc. It already has enough content to keep you entertained for hours. And if you liked Vampire Survivor, you can't go wrong here.

8.5/10 Early Access has enough content to justify 5$ if you're a super fan of this Bullet Heaven genre otherwise wait A small hit-box that is the size of the character's circle allows for smooth slipping between enemies without what feels like unfair hits No mouse aim No dash So a more traditional style based on the mobile apps that started this genre The review bombing in 5/11/24 was because this early access beta test adjusted the meta .. Bullying Sony for sign ups over HD2 makes sense, bullying an indie studio for making their game in early development a little harder or a little different seems absured. This keeps happening and Steam is going to do things to reduce it and we'll bring it upon ourselves
