i was never a fan of anything related to the mafia or 1930s crimes. now im a true goon, i love roughing up shopkeeps, playin' poker with da boss, trying to beat that big palooka thane, telling the boss that thane broke my jaw. 11/10 im honestly surprised this is early access, this has the polish and love of a already completed game, cant wait for the editor and rest of the game! keep up the good work aces team

Ten out of ten Twenty out of ten A thousand out of ten I loved playing this, and my only major complaint was that it had to end. I LOVE the level design, I love the gameplay loops, I love the combat, the story is great, There's a few minor issues, like some audio mixing stuff with the main guy's VO being a bit lower volume, a few buggy spots in some of the levels... nothing I can really call out. I have dove into this, played through every level extensively, and cannot recommend it any more highly than I am, right now. This price is a STEAL, even now with just one full chapter to explore. If you're reading this as a potential customer and want more details: - this is part fighter, part shooter, part explorer, and part immersive sim; if you like the sneaking and choosing your battles and picking alternate paths of games like Deus Ex and System Shock, you'll find a lot to love here. - Beating the absolute fughedaboudit out of mobsters feels amazing; the system is relatively simple but with options, there's different melee weapons that actually function a little differently, and the fistfighting is fun... I haven't had this much fun knocking people out since the Chronicles of Riddick games. - It's very noir; the comic book graphical style is everywhere, as evidenced by the screenshots, but there's also cutscenes that play out in motion and some great voice-work along the way. There's also a black and white noir option in the visual settings, and the music goes well with either choice. For the devs: - My favorite thing in video games has always been knocking people off of ledges, throwing them off of high points, pushing them to their deaths, etcetera. It's excellent here, with a lot of rooftops and even a train; all I want is more. Thank you, keep up the good work, I'm going insane and slowly breaking down waiting for a new update so please hurry. <3

I really enjoyed my time with the game, and do recommend it to others. I feel odd that the only thing I want to highlight is a negative though, but I just want to leave this for visibility There is a mechanic in the game that feels like an anti feature, and doesn't make any sense to me. If you kill an armed enemy with a gunshot to the head, they will always drop a broken weapon. You must use stealth, if you want the enemy to drop their weapon in a usable condition. This feels incredibly strange to me, as it feels pointless to give a stealth player a heavy supply of guns, and then limit the amount of guns the player has access to while they're fighting loud. Feels like a game mechanic that purely limits player choice and keeps the weapon economy in a rough condition. not to mention most enemies only drop a single bullet.

+ Immersive Sim with multiple ways to accomplish objectives + Engaging mobster story + Vibrant world with unique comic book art-style + Well designed levels - It's still in Early Access (not really a negative, just wish for more!) This is probably the most fun I've had with a game this year. It's absolutely worth picking up and will only get better the more content they add.
