Definitely a good way to learn how to play the game. The only downside is the game does occasionally cheat. It's not super noticeable, but most games one of the AI players will somehow have more cards to play (easy enough to tell on the first round when everyone should have the same combined number for species, body size, and traits and there is a 2-4 point difference). So, just be prepared to play at a disadvantage in AI games.

Great game to play with 4 people from your steady home connection. But the game developers should keep a close eye on the multiplayer mode. It usually crashes due to connection issues. Making this game impossible to play on the go. Stability is key!

Fantastic implementation of one of my all-time favorite board games. I backed the board game on kickstarter when it first was made and played it ever since, especially with higher player counts. Now I play the campaign with my two daughters (5 and 7) and they are having a blast, too. Now to the game: Multiplayer is well implemented, but I cannot find any players online anymore which is sad. The game versus the AI is as good as it gets and I love the campaign. Highly recommended.
