Really loved it actually, took the extra time to grind and get the "good" ending...and I recommend it because it forces you to use every system in the game, I had some fun with the guild and industry building stuff that I had ignored up until the end. A little janky in some ways but no real deal breakers. Solid (if a bit simple) JRPG style combat, decent world building and writing... translation is a little rough at times but honestly sometimes the writing made me laugh out loud. Random encounters need more variety. You'll hit the same ~dozen over and over. Gets old fast but later game you can honestly just tune them out, they don't take long. Music is good but is also repetitive. Could have used about 5 to 6 more tracks to prevent the repetition. Art is a little rough but it has a distinct style that serves the game well. Best of all the travel/trade loop is super addictive and satisfying, building up your convoy is a lot of fun.
excellent game. I its practicly a gift at this price and you can really see the time the dev put in all the art, and character system sinergy of skills different classe i dont understand and dont agree whit the bad reviews. there is alot of unfinish game selling at 30 time the price that really deserve bad review and this game is not one of them. the only down side is i wish they make a DLC or a other exacly like this so i can play this game again.
This game seems to be on sale/priced with a good discount. It tries to take caravaneer and juice up the graphics and atmosphere. For the price it's a good few hours of experience in a trading game, at minimum. I get what the negative reviews are saying, it is not your epic masterful caravan trading game. But if you want to have a few hours of fun in the desert, I'd pick it up. So about 30 hours later, I'm still giving a strong recommendation to try this out. There is enough variety to keep me interested. The trading with some light combat on the side was a good time.
Recommended when it is is on deep discount.... Its a good 8 to 12 hours experience and then afterwads it feels very copy and paste with very few additional mechanics . If they made it only 3 chapters long and then the other 3 chapters were optional 'end game' content it would have made more sense since it is so repeatitive.
